As the sun set over the palace, casting its warm glow on the walls, a cold chill ran through Namjoon's heart. He had spent hours pacing outside the healing chamber, his fists clenched and eyes swollen with tears. Every heartbeat felt like a countdown, each second slipping through his fingers like grains of sand. Finally, he had made the decision—an impossible one, yet one he felt he could no longer avoid. He could not imagine a life without Jin, and he knew Jaemin would need his father. Namjoon whispered through trembling lips, "Save Jin... I can't lose him. I'll be enough for Jaemin." His words sounded hollow, the choice tearing at his very soul.

Inside the chamber, the healers prepared to carry out the procedure, faces etched with determination and sadness. Meanwhile, outside, Jin's mother was inconsolable. Her heart ached for her son, who had endured so much in his life only to face this. She sobbed, her hands covering her face as she cried out, "Why, dear heavens? Why must my son suffer this way? Has he not endured enough? Please, let him have this happiness... just this once."

The palace was filled with sorrow as the news spread, and friends and family gathered in silence, hearts heavy. Jungkook, unable to bear the thought of losing his beloved soul parent, sank to the ground, his shoulders heaving with silent sobs. Taehyung knelt beside him, wrapping his arms around Jungkook's trembling form, his own eyes red from crying. Taehyung's voice wavered as he whispered, "Jungkook, stay strong... Jin needs us." But both knew that words alone couldn't mend the wounds tearing through their hearts.

Jaemin, sensing the distress around him, began to cry. His small hands reached out, as if trying to touch the air, feeling the absence of his parent. "Papa?" he called, his voice a fragile echo in the tense silence. His cries only grew louder, filling the halls with a palpable sorrow that seemed to seep into the very walls.

Suddenly, a loud cry pierced through the somber quiet, and everyone froze. It was not Jaemin's cry this time but that of a newborn baby. The clear, high-pitched wail reverberated through the chamber, breaking through the air like a spark in the darkness. Namjoon's heart stilled, his mind reeling in shock and disbelief. "No... this can't be..." he murmured, feeling his pulse quicken. "Jin, please, you can't leave us like this..."

A strange silence followed, as everyone stood in uncertain stillness, not knowing whether to celebrate or grieve. In the hallway, Jungkook's sobs ceased as he looked up, the cries of the newborn still ringing in his ears. Beside him, Taehyung's hand tightened around his shoulder. "Is it... possible?" Taehyung whispered, his voice trembling with a mixture of hope and fear.

As the cries grew louder, Jaemin's wails joined them, creating a powerful and almost surreal harmony. Then, out of nowhere, a golden light erupted from the chamber, filling the palace halls with an ethereal warmth that radiated pure love and vitality. Everyone shielded their eyes as the golden glow washed over them, bathing them in its soft, healing light.

Moments later, the healer emerged from the chamber, cradling a newborn baby girl in her arms. Her face was a mixture of awe and disbelief, her voice thick with emotion as she addressed Namjoon. "It's... a miracle," she whispered, tears glistening in her eyes. "Both Jin and the baby survived. Somehow, against all odds, Jin's energy returned in full. They're safe."

Namjoon's heart swelled as his legs almost buckled in relief. He rushed past the healer, his steps unsteady, barely able to believe what he was hearing. As he entered the chamber, his gaze fell on Jin, lying there in peaceful slumber, his chest rising and falling in a steady rhythm. Namjoon's tears spilled over as he reached for Jin's hand, clutching it tightly. "I love you, my moon," he whispered. "Don't ever leave me like this... I couldn't bear it."

Jin's face, pale but serene, was a sight of comfort. Namjoon leaned in, pressing his forehead against Jin's, his heart overwhelmed with gratitude and love. Soon, Jungkook entered the room, holding Jaemin close as the young boy toddled toward his father. Together, they surrounded Jin, each of them a piece of his heart, a family brought closer through their shared fears and hopes.
