Jack ran fast to treat Brian's wound.

"Are you okay now?"

Surprisingly, Brian got up instantly as if nothing had happened.

"I'm fine, let's watch the experiment"

Marc was feeling a great force around him. Jack and Brian were watching as he rotated faster and faster. Although Jack looked curious, hate and revenge were hiding in his eyes. Suddenly, the machine started to make loud noises and its screen turned red. A large message appeared.

"Caution! Invalid object detected!"

The chamber was slowing down. Brian felt an unexpected fear.

"No, no! Why is this happening? The program was created for human DNA. Why?"

Another message appeared in the screen.

"Termination Program cannot be operated. Invalid object detected!"

While the chamber was slowing down, Marc was losing his consciousness. The force around him was getting stronger. He lost the control over his body. Marc couldn't open his eyes, but he felt like he could see all the chamber around him, except a dark corner. The chamber stopped rotating and started to shake. He could sense the quake, which was strangely moving him to that corner. The machine was now showing different damaged messages, which could not be understood. In the other side, Brian shouted to Jack.

"Shut down the system! Where is the energy supplier?!"

But Jack was not moving. He could not believe his eyes. He remained frozen in his thoughts and Brian's words didn't come in his brain. Brian could barely walk, but he managed to find the box outside the "Experiment Room" and stopped the electricity flow. Marc felt like he was inside the black part. Immediately after, he received a large amount of information about geometry and universe. The flow was so fast Marc couldn't even understand one of them. Suddenly, his brain attached to one different information about war . . .

At that moment, Jack, who was staring at the strange messages in the screen, comprehended one of them.

"Operation successful."

The message disappeared in just a second and Jack thought that was only his imagination. Right at that time, the machine exploded throwing Jack four meters away.

Two minutes after the accident, Brian came back in the "Experiment Room" and helped Jack to get up.

"Come on, we need to get Marc out of the chamber!"

They opened the door and more smoke came out. Jack found Marc's body on the floor. He checked his pulse and turned slowly to Brian.

"He is not reacting."

 . . .

Marc heard something exploding not far from him. Then he heard another one, but this was a human voice.

"Hey, wake up! Wake up!"

He opened his eyes and saw a soldier shouting at him. He couldn't realize what was going on and felt like he had had no life before. Nothing came in his mind, as he tried to remember who he was and what was he doing in that place. He was wearing soldier clothes, but he didn't know the reason. Another soldier came from nearby. Then, he heard the two soldiers speaking.

"Do you know this guy?"

"Yes, he is my friend. He looks pretty bad."

"The bomb must have damaged his brain. He was looking at me as if I was a monster."

"Damn it! This should not have happened! I told him to stay back!"

The second soldier was now caring for him.

"Hey Anton! What happened?"

He looked confused at the soldier.

"Anton?"

"Yes, Anton is your name. You are Anton! I am your friend, Allan, remember?"

"What am I doing here?"

"We are at war! We joined the rebel army together. For a better future! Come on, you must remember something!"

Then, Allan said a list of names to him. Marc, now Anton, could not remember anything of the names Allan said.

"I don't know you! Leave me alone!"

"You will be better. I know you will!"

"My head hurts!"

Anton felt a strong headache and fell asleep.

Allan spoke to the other soldier.

"Come, help me take him to the medics."

"Yes, it's not far away."

They were carrying Anton's body together. Allan then spoke to the soldier again.

"I am Allan how is your name?"

"I am Damian, from Poland."

 . . .

In the "Experiment Room" the smoke cleared and Brian was checking Marc's body. Jack yelled at him.

"Call the ambulance!"

"No! We can't let them see the factory. Everything will be ruined!"

"Call the fuckin' ambulance!"

Brian then remembered something important.

"No, we are not calling them. We are calling Greg."

"Greg?! Who is Greg?"

"Marc secretly gave me this number if something would go bad. He told me Greg was a close friend of him."

"Okay, call him, fast!"

Brian found the contact Greg in his phone and called him. After only two seconds, he heard a manly voice.

"Doctor Gregorius, I am coming there Marc."

The man closed the call. Brian and Jack carried Marc out of the factory. Since the factory was located in a deserted area, there were no people around to see them. Only seven minutes later, a car arrived. Jack and Brian could see the vehicle coming from far, but they were not expecting a racing car. The black Ford Shelby GT 500, with white stripes stopped. A middle aged man wearing white doctor clothes, ran towards them.
