People who are just starting Reidier- DON'T READ CHAPTERS 3-6. I am doing extensive revisions on Chapters 3- 6 and the continuity will be horrible because I'll be butchering and changing things quite often for the forseeable future. So for now- don't read those horrible chapters, as they will be changing quite often.

(I am only leaving them up because I'm greedy and don't want to lose reads, which will happen if I delete them like a normal person). That is all.

This is a WIP. I've thought about it a bit. I have a sort of resolution. But plot holes will appear, and I know this from experience. So if you find one, leave a review, let me know.

This is 100% pure unadulterated draft. I have barely a skeleton of a story. I'm not even going to think about grammar mistakes and spelling until I nail the plot, the characters, and most of all, the setting.

My setting would probably fare the worst. Tell me if you spot any inconsistencies. It's not steampunk, nor high fantasy, but something somewhat in between. So historical accuracy is thrown to the wind, and so is, to some extent, scientific accuracy. I will not bore you with chemistry talk- at least, not that much... maybe... Especially since I don't even really know how the things work myself. I'm working it out as I go along.

So, ready for the ride? Go on. It doesn't bite much.

EDIT: I just had this brilliant idea. I was thinking about how much I've been tweaking my summary, and how much it would help to have critiques on that- so if anyone has anything to say on my summary, here's the perfect place to put it. Comment on the A/N.

(Chapters 1- 6 are slated for a very big rewrite. If there are continuity issues, please disregard unless it happens after Chapter 7; before that, I was still trying to figure my setting out, and I revised my map just prior to starting 7)

Once again, thank you for taking the time to slough through a horrid first draft. I WILL rewrite. But only after I finish the entire thing. Expect to see constant changing and chopping and so forth.

Once again, feedback welcome.

For people who skipped to the bottom: DON'T READ CHAPTERS 3-6.
