Chapter 21: Reflections at the Shore

Fredrick POV

Today is the day of our vacation after helping Iron Blood fighting against Azur Lane and destroy their main projects, but of course Nijmegen takes the credit of defeating Gettysburg, but of course he continue working as usual; however it's only me and Tirpitz. Tirpitz is wearing her swimsuit and it's a great day for swimming and relaxation, but of course I always think about a way to improve my aircraft just in case if I have to fight Gettysburg again in the future or at least his sisters. 

Tirpitz: "You're thinking again Fredrick."

Fredrick: "Sorry about that, but I can't let go of planning for the future of upgrading my aircraft. If I have to face against Gettysburg in the future than I need to prepare for the worst outcome."

I can feel Tirpitz putting my head on her lap which cause me to stop thinking and start thinking about her.

Fredrick: "It was weird that I saw you die before coming here and now you're here as a human woman. As if this is heaven."

Tirpitz: "How is it like in your world?"

I told her that Germany was winning the war with advance tech and she was brought out to revenge for the destruction of Bismarck, but was destroy by a spy that infiltrate the ship and stole my plane; however I didn't have a choice because that medallion he got murder everyone with a blast of waves. I wonder what was that medallion came from. I notice Tirpitz staring at something which is Graf Zeppelin with a little girl with long hair in their swimsuits.

Tirpitz: "Looks like Zeppelin and Z-46 enjoying themselves for the vacation."

I didn't know that Zeppelin and Z-46 have a relationship of friends, but I can see a soft spot for her from Z-46. When I first met Zeppelin; she have this cold attitude and want to burn the world to the ground, but when it comes about Z-46; than she become a different person. I'm glad that there is still some human spirit within her hulls despite scary words. We decide to take a swim  while we have some lights left before we head back to the manor which is own by Friedrich der Grosses who is the mother of Iron Blood and partner of Isaac the researcher for Iron Blood. Friedrich agree to share her rooms in her manor for our vacation days. Tirpitz agree to help Zeppelin to lose some weight after she found out that she hasn't exercise which is disgraceful as a German warship even to the point that she decide to use her turrets to deal with her attitude.

Tirpitz: "You know you need to do this otherwise Bismarck will be angry."

Zeppelin(angry): "Why is always with you/"

I continue to stare at Tirpitz who is training Zeppelin in the water while Z-46 is near me and want to play on the beach.

Z-46: "Play?"

I nod and we play in the sand by making sand castles which Z-46 is good at. I notice her staring at something from the distance while we're making a sandcastle which is the U-Boat sisters who always want to play hide and seek with other Iron Blood girls.

U-556: "HEY Z-46; DO YOU WANT TO PLAY HIDE AND SEEK?"

She nod which I nod as well since she is staring at me for permission; she was happy about it and left with the U-Boats and Tirpitz return after punish Zeppelin for not doing her job to exercise which I notice her continue to swim with Prinz Eugen as a tutor.

Tirpitz: "I can't believe that she can complain over small details."

Fredrick: "At least she is having fun."

Tirpitz: "Probably because Prinz Eugen is here and she don't want to start a war against her."

I'm confuse until I notice Prinz Eugen try to touch Zeppelin's breast which send planes after her so that explains why Tirpitz hire Prinz Eugen as Zeppelin's tutor because she doesn't like her persona.

Tirpitz: "That's going to keep her busy. Now; should we continue enjoying ourselves."

I nod and we both spare time together for the entire day. We spend most of the day at the beach until we head back to the manor.

Time Skip
Fredrich der Grosse's Manor, Iron Blood
Fredrick POV

We return to the manor where we can see Fredrich der Grosses walking in the balcony until she notice us and wave at us.

Fredrich: "Welcome back my children; how's the beach?"

Tirpitz: "It was fun, but I think you need to talk with those two over there."

We both notice Zeppelin chasing Prinz Eugen with her planes which it was shot down by Fredrich with her AA guns before approaching them with anger in her eyes.

Fredrich: "Is there any trouble my child?"

Zeppelin(scare): "Nothing Mutter; Prinz Eugen is doing her usual things."

Fredrich(angry): "Even though she does naughty things to the girls doesn't mean you send a plane to strike her down. We don't use our rigs to attack our own people. Understand?"

Zeppelin scare accept the order from Fredrich and she return to her happy form.

Fredrich: "So how about we have dinner my children?"

Everyone agrees while at the same time Zeppelin is angry at Prinz Eugen for getting away from her wrath, but she can't do anything as long Fredrich is around, but for now she need to wait until her time has come. We enter the manor and have dinner which was made by Fredrich. We both sit down at the dinner table at the diner room and begin to eat the food which was taste great.

Fredrick: "You're food taste great Lady Fredrich."

Fredrich(happy): "Please; call me Mutter, but thank you. I have Prinz Eugen and other girls to help me to train so if you want to thank the dinner; thank them for helping me."

Prinz Eugen: "Please Mutter; you did the work so all credits are for you and only you."

I agree and after we finish eating dinner; it was time for us to go to bed, but I notice Tirpitz is thinking about something.
