Chapter 10: Wings Over The Baltic

Baltic Sea
Fredrick POV

I launch into the air along with the production planes and going to intercept the Royal Navy planes that is stopping us from leaving the Baltic Sea, but we're going to defeat them and help our allies in the Middle East. I can see couple of Spitfire and some naval bombers heading toward the fleet; I decide to take out the escorts before dealing with the naval bombers that is heading toward August. I was able to defeat the group of planes before heading for the next one, but there are so many of them coming out of the wood work that this isn't funny. There is going to be a group of carriers waiting for us at the end of the line because there is no way that all of this planes appear out of nowhere without any of us knowing it. While the fighting continue moving forward; I notice a group of warships at the mouth of the entrance of the Baltic Sea blocking our path which is Ark Royal, Illustrious, Victorious, and the flagship battleship Prince of Wales including her escorts. They must have notice me because they're firing their AA guns at the air.

Meanwhile
Royal Navy Fleet, Baltic Sea
Prince of Wales POV

I watch a bunch of dog fights on the air where we're intercept Iron Blood planes attacking our bomber groups, but I notice a familiar plane that is coated in Gray which is the symbol of the Gray Fox. We're finally found him and it's about time to bring him down and capture him.

PW(shout): "OPEN FIRE ALL AA GUNS!"

Everyone turn their guns up at the air and open fire against the Gray Fox while our aircraft carriers is launching their fighters to support us against Gray Fox.

Meanwhile
Baltic Sea
Fredrick POV

I can see more enemy planes coming toward us while been provided AA guns to protect their fleet from our incoming attacks so they won't let us go without a fight. The fleet will be in position to deal with the fleet within couple of hours so I need to hold off until they arrive. I manage to take out couple of enemy planes until one of my wings got hit by a bullet which I notice one of the shipgirls is flying on one of the planes and it was a woman that dress like a hunter with a long rifle. I believe her name is Ark Royal who is pervy with destroyers, but a serious carrier.

Ark Royal: "You're mine Gray Fox."

I dodge another bullet, but I can't get her off my back so I decide to go low and use the giant rocks in the water to act as shield while finding a clear opening to strike back, but so far she is able to keep up with me.

Ark Royal: "You won't get away from me."

I continue to dodge bullets and was able to take some down while Ark Royal continue to chase after me. As soon I was able to get back in the sky, but my plane is smoking hot and burst into flames from the wings; probably after got shot by a bullet a while back. I decide to crash land on the water and hopefully the fleet was able to rescue me, but of course Ark Royal got to me first.

Ark Royal: "Looks like I win this round. The Queen will be please of this."

Fredrick(angry): "Damn it."

I got capture by the Royal Navy.

Time Skip
August Fleet, Baltic Sea
August POV

We arrive where the enemy fleet is located, but they retreat from the site and I notice Fredrick's plane in the water before sinking to the bottom of the sea which I got worry. I investigate the crash site and see that Fredrick isn't around and start to get worry that he got capture by the Royal Navy, but the worst part is Tirpitz will find out about it and punish me for having her precious pilot to be capture by the enemy. I order the fleet to continue heading to the Middle East while avoiding more enemy fleet.

Meanwhile
Danzig, Poland
Tirpitz POV

I just finish prepping for my travel back to Norway with some new production warships that was built for replacement of the destroyed ones. I was heading to the dock until one of the soldiers arrive to inform me that August and her fleet have engage the enemy fleet at the entrance of the Baltic Sea.

Soldier: "Lady Tirpitz; enemy fleet has been discover at the north of Denmark. August and her fleet have engage the enemy fleet and the enemy have retreat."

Tirpitz: "What about Fredrick?"

Soldier: "We got reports that his planes was shot down, but there was no recovery and we spot Ark Royal carrying one of our pilots in her arm."

I stop and about to crush the rail which almost scare the soldier. I can't believe that he got capture so easily and where is August during the fight. I decide to change my route to the mainland of the Royal Navy, but first.

Tirpitz: "Send a spy to locate the pilot. I'm going to rescue him."

Soldier: "Yes Lady Tirpitz, but what about your sister's orders?"

I glare at the soldier with fear in his eyes.

Tirpitz: "I don't care what my older sister says. That pilot is under my command and I let some idiot to lose him. DO IT!"

Soldier(scare): "YES MADAM!"

Soldier head out while I prep to head out of the port and going to rescue Fredrick from the Royal Navy even I have to level their cities to find him. For the first time that I can feel that I'm no longer alone as long I have him at my side.
