Within the shimmering halls of the Daimoku Sanctum, whispers had begun to ripple like waves upon a still lake. The child Juko Kairou, now settled into the sanctuary of the Shenron Vanguard, was a mystery that only deepened with every revelation. His innocence and gentle nature clashed starkly with the weight of his family name, which held a potent and dark mystery in the Namekian Book of Revelation and the holy records of Zalama's followers.

The Hall of Eternal Records

Ryuja, Juko's guardian and the God of Light, took his young charge to the Hall of Eternal Records, a towering library carved into the mountain peaks of the Sanctum. Flanked by ancient statues and tapestries depicting Zalama's cosmic legacy, this repository was a labyrinth of knowledge, meticulously curated over millennia.

As they entered, High Priestess Eldana awaited them, her presence almost ethereal against the muted marble and golden fixtures of the chamber. Beside her stood Abarox, the Namekian historian, his expression a mixture of cautious curiosity and reverence. In his hands, he held an ancient scroll, its edges tattered and worn, yet its significance undeniable.

"Ryuja," Eldana greeted, inclining her head slightly before glancing down at the young boy, "and young Juko. Today, we have something significant to discuss with you."

Juko looked up at her, eyes wide and innocent, yet tinged with apprehension. "What is it, High Priestess?"

Abarox adjusted his stance, his voice deep and measured as he unrolled the ancient scroll. "We have uncovered fragments in our oldest records about the Kairou name. It is... uncommon for Saiyans to bear family names, particularly ones with such an established lineage."

He gestured toward the scroll, indicating a passage written in an archaic script that shimmered with an otherworldly energy. "The Kairou line, it is said, was forged with a power akin to Nibira herself—dark, demonic, and ancient. There is a figure mentioned, one named 'Tevega Kairou,' whose name recurs through both our ancient records and recent encounters. His legend seems woven into this galaxy's very fabric."

Eldana continued, her voice soft yet weighty with unspoken tension. "Juko, do you know anything of this Tevega? Or of your family's history?"

Juko shifted nervously, his young mind struggling to grasp the full weight of the question. "I... I don't know much," he replied in a small voice, glancing up at Ryuja as if seeking guidance. "My mother never spoke of him, and... I never met my father."

Ryuja's face was stern yet comforting, his hand resting on Juko's shoulder in a silent show of support. He turned to Abarox. "Tevega Kairou is a figure shrouded in mystery and shadow, yes—but Juko bears the blessing of Zalama. Let us not overlook that. Whatever powers his lineage may possess, he is here because he was chosen."

A murmur spread through the assembled Vanguard members, and one elder among them spoke, his voice carrying the faint tremor of age. "But what of the Kairou's legacy? If the demons of old still linger within the blood, we cannot ignore it. The Book of Revelation warns us of a time when dark forces would seep through even the purest of hearts."

At this, Eldana raised her hand, silencing the murmurs. "But we must balance caution with faith. Zalama's blessing overrides the darkness within the Kairou bloodline—or so our records suggest. It was prophesied that a child of such lineage would come to us, carrying both light and shadow. Juko's presence fulfills that prophecy. His fate may indeed be entwined with the Kairou past, but we must judge him on his own merits."

Abarox nodded, albeit with a thoughtful frown. "And yet, the legacy of the Kairous bears scrutiny. They were said to be of an otherworldly power, drawn from a place far beyond the reach of most mortals. A place akin to Nibira's dominion, the Demon Realm itself. If any remnant of their powers linger, it would be wise to understand it."
