Nightshade woke to the screeching of talons along bars, quiet enough so that only she could hear. She shook herself off, and padded over to the door. Clam was waiting.
"So you got my message then?" The SeaWing was almost bouncing on his feet with excitement.
Nightshade decided to play it cool.
"Yes. And I will accept your offer. Me, Delta, and the SandWings will escape with you." The two conspirers put their heads together and began to plan.
——————————————————————————
Delta was in a cave, trapped with her sibs around her. She called out to them, but her voice was lost in the huge cave. Water began to rush in, and her sibs tried to flail around. There was no time for breath, most had just exhaled.
Doe, gone.
The twins, gone.
All of them, gone.
Delta put her head in the water, wanting to be with her sibs.
"Help! Someone! Help us please!!" That wasn't Delta's voice. It- It sounded like Panther! Delta began to swim towards the sound, eventually leaving the cave.
"Help!" There was Panther again. Delta dashed over to a small clearing, where a dragon holding a blue sapphire was standing over Panther's body.
There was blood on the figure's talons, seemingly from the cut on Panther's neck.
Delta sat up in a rush. She put a talon to her head.
"A dream, just a dream, That's all it was. Panther drowned." Delta murmured to herself under her breath. Wait. Where's Nightshade? Her eyes darted around the room, looking for the RainWing.
"Nightshade!" The dragon in question, Nightshade, looked up, her scales a deep aquamarine.
"What is it, Delta?" Nightshade looked calmly at the MudWing.
"N-Nothing. I just had a dream. It wasn't important." Nightshade made a go on gesture. Why is Nightshade being so nice? That's not like her. She's usually cold and silent... Whatever. "It was how my siblings died." Delta didn't mention the part about her sister.
"Interesting... Well whatever." Nightshade put her head down, and was asleep within moments, her scales a pale blue.
"Welp, that was weird." Delta glanced over to the SandWings. "Hello? You three awake?" Not a single SandWing stirred, so Delta gave up and went to sleep.

Clam and Nightshade sat together again that night, finishing up the final details of the plan.
"Do you think it's time to wake the others up?" Nightshade nodded at the others.
"Yes, it's time. I'll get the keys, you get them ready." Nightshade nodded, and Clam went to get the keys.
She put her talons down carefully as she went over to Delta. She poked the MudWing with her talon.
"Mmm? What is it, Nightshade?"
"Do you want to leave? Then get up now. It's time to go."
