Master of Wind and Lightning

A new day was coming and Naruto was awake and ready for the day. However before he could start his day, he had to meet up with Natsumi and Obito Sensei to yhe training grounds. He freshen himself up and began to head out.
"Alright, I'll be back." He announced to his mother that was already awake.
"Alright be safe." She said and he nodded before heading out to the Training Grounds. When he arrived there he spots Natsumi already there waiting for him and Obito. He would go to her and wave to her.
"Hey! Natsumi!" He said as he got her attention.
"Naruto! Good morning." She said as she greeted him.
"Morning, how long have you been here?" He asked.
"Oh not too long. Probably 3 minutes before you came." She said and he would nod.

Half hour passed and the two were still waiting for Obito.
"What is taking him forever? You did say he wanted to meet with us, right?" Naruto asked and Natsumi would nod.
"Yeah. I wonder what's taking him so long." She said before they see Obito panting.
"Sorry Sorry I'm late guys." He said.
"You better have a good reason to being this late." Natsumi and Naruto said to him.
"Look I had preordered something to help you with your training but the guy who was supposed to have it, didn't have it so I had to search for whoever had what I was looking for." Obito said.
"What could it be that it took you over 30 minutes to get here?" Natsumi said crossing her arms not believing what he was saying. Obito would then take out two small pieces of paper.
"Really? Paper!?" Naruto shouted as he saw this as a waste of time.
"Yes but it's not ordinary paper." Obito said.
"What's so special about it then?" Natsumi asked.
"These are Chakra Nature Revealing Papers. This will help you figure out what Chakra Nature you have." He said.
"Wow. That sounds cool. But how do we know what Nature we have?" Natsumi said.
"Simple, you pour chakra into the paper and eventually the paper would react in five different ways. And these ways will help you know what chakra natures you have." Obito said before taking an extra one out and pouring chakra into that one before the paper started to burn up.
"That was one reaction meaning that I have Fire Nature." Obito said.

"Wow!" Natsumi said as she was motivated to try that and find out what Chakra Nature she has. Naruto however had some questions.
"So what are the other reactions for the other four?"
"If one has water, the paper will get wet and soggy. If one has Earth, the paper will turn to dirt and crumble away. If one has Lightning, the paper will crinkle up. And if one has Wind, the paper will slice in half." Obito said.
"Hmm...what if someone has more than one nature?" He asked.
"Well that means the paper will react to both of said Natures and might even hint at you having a special Nature." Obito said.
"Special Nature? Like what?" Natsumi asked.
"Hmm like if one has Water and wind, they have a low chance of also having Ice. Water and Earth, obviously Wood Style. And then Earth and Fire, high chance of Magma." Obito explained and Naruto would take this information in before he took his paper and Natsumi doing the same.
"You ready?" He asked her and she nodded.
"Yeah let's do it!"

The two would began to pour Chakra into their paper and a blue flame would emit from the two papers. The two would look at each other before their papers. Natsumi's paper began to get wet and soggy.
"Hey! My chakra nature is Water!" She said as she was hyped up. Naruto was still pouring chakra into his paper but nothing yet.
'Kuruma, a little help please?' Naruto thought before Kuruma gave him some of his chakra to speed up the process. This helped him see his Chakra Natures. His paper split in half and then began to crinkle up on both pieces of paper. Naruto would be shocked that he had two affinities. He then looked at Obito and he was amazed.
"Wow. A rare- well unique combination. You have Wind and Lightning." He said.
"Wow! Congratulations Naruto!" Natsumi said and Naruto smiled before thanking her.
"Thanks but....something doesn't add up." Naruto said.
"What is it?"
"Obito Sensei, I can do some Earth Style Jutsus yet my Affinities are Wind and Lightning. How does that work?" Naruto asked.

Obito began to think long and hard for an explanation on this before he had a question.
"Well let me ask you, Do you use more Chakra on your Earth Style?" He said and Naruto shrugged his shoulders.
"Let's see if you do." Obito said.
"How can we see?" Natsumi asked before Obito pointed to Naruto.
"Do any Earth Style Jutsu Naruto. It doesn't matter what just use it oooooonnnnnnn that tree over there." He said pointing to the tree in front of them. Naruto nodded before weaving signs and unleashing his Jutsu.
"Earth Style: Golem Arm Jutsu!" He said before a Hand made out of Stone began to take form before punching the tree. Naruto would have some sweat coming from his head and Obito notices it.
"Nice. Now perform a Shadow Clone. A regular Shadow Clone." Obito said and Naruto did creating one copy of himself.
"Now from those two Jutsus you did, which one felt light?" Obito said and Natsumi was wondering what he meant by that.
"Light?" She said.
"What I mean is which one felt easier to maintain? Easy to do?" Obito said clarifying his question.
"Oh, well I guess the Shadow Clone was easy." Naruto said and Obito nodded.
"Just the answer I was hoping for." He said.

The two Narutos would look at each other before back to Obito and asked the same question.
"What does that mean?"
"Well Naruto. What you're doing is forcing yourself to perform a Jutsu that is not part of your affinity. Now this is normal for all Shinobi as they want to learn certain Jutsus. But the thing that comes with this is, you need to have a high amount of Chakra Reserves. Without the high Chakra Reserves, performing a Jutsu that is not of your Affinity takes a lot more chakra out of you than a Jutsu of your affinity." Obito explained.
"So how was you able to detect if he was using more chakra with the Shadow Clone versus the Golem Arm?" Natsumi asked.
"Well for me, I have Sharingan and it can detect chakra in the Jutsu and how much chakra is being poured into the Jutsu." He said.
"Wait... isn't that what the Byakugan can do?" Natsumi said.
"No!....Well yeah look it's complicated and we're getting off topic." Obito said
'Mhm sure~" Both Naruto and Natsumi thought while looking at their Sensei.
"Anyway, even if I didn't use Sharingan, the other way I could detect the amount of Chakra you use is by smelling the gas." He said.
"Gas!?" The two said.
"Yes. Every Jutsu comes from Chakra, and Chakra is part of our body, so of course when performing any Jutsu, no matter what it is, how you perform it, your body will release a gas out your body. That gas is excessive Chakra." He explained.
"Uhh...Well How can you smell this Chakra Gas?" Natsumi asked.
"Well it doesn't have a unique smell. But train your nose and you can notice a slight difference in the normal air and Chakra gas. For those in the Inazuka Clan, they are experts in that field."
"Cuz they train with their Ninja dogs to smell their opponents and their chakra right?" Naruto asked and Obito nodded.

After learning all of this, Naruto and Natsumi were more than motivated. However, Natsumi had to ask this question.
"So by Producing the Chakra Gas out, what does this have to do with him using a Jutsu that isn't Wind or Lightning?" She asked.
"Well since he is putting out more Chakra for that Jutsu, he is also putting out more of the Gas, and that is extremely dangerous especially if their are those who can easily detect the chakra gas." Obito said. Naruto now know that forcing his Earth Style is risky and recommended to not use it willingly.
"I understand....Well I mean it's good I have Wind and Lightning." He said and Obito nodded.
"Yeah it is. Now Since I can't personally train you guys of those natures, I have scrolls that contains up to C-Rank to High B-Rank Jutsus." Obito said giving Natsumi 4 Scrolls and then giving Naruto 8 scrolls. 2 on Wind and 6 on Lightning.
"Eh? Why only 2 scrolls of Wind and 6 on Lightning?" Naruto asked.
"Well...Aside from You, we don't really have that many Wind Style Users here in Konoha. Aside from Asuma." He said thinking about it.
"Really? That's sad." Naruto said.
"Well it's not really sad, Mastering Wind is really hard. And those who tried, they never completed the training to master Wind." Obito said which made Naruto motivated to master Wind and Lightning.

"Well worry no more Sensei, I will be one of those rare Shinobi's to master Wind and Lightning! Believe it!" Naruto said before looking at the time.
"Ah, I got to go. I'll see you at the Chunin Exams, Sensei, Natsumi!" He said before he let his clone dispersed. Obito chuckled before looking at Natsumi.
"If you want Natsumi, I know someone your age who is a Water Style User as well. She can help you with your training if you want." Obito offered and she nodded.
"That would be lovely!" She said

Naruto made it to the Milano Family Compound where he found Lee in the front gate.
"Hey! Lee!" He said going to him.
"Naruto! Good to see you!" Lee said.
"Glad you can make it." Naruto said.
"I told Guy Sensei before coming here and he approved saying I don't have to just learn from him but learn from others as well." Lee said and Naruto chuckled.
"That's great. I'm gonna go inside and get something and then I'll take you to the Master." He said before going in the house and Lee waited for him.
