Marjorie was sitting in her office minding her own business, when all of a sudden, the phone rang. She picked up the phone and answered how she normally would, in her light bubbly voice. "Hello, the Knight Nursey." The response came in the form of a deep voice, one anyone could identify once hearing it enough. "Hello you." Marjorie smiled instantly, and Autumn rolled her eyes, since she knew no one else made Majorie smile like that. Autumn got up and walked away, leaving Marjorie alone on the phone. "Why are you calling? Do you need staff?" Marjorie asked, only to be met by a laugh. "No, no I was just wondering if you were free tonight, because I found the perfect place for a date tonight, I figured, it's a Friday, no work tomorrow, and we really need a break, what do you say?" Marjorie's smile widened. "I think it sounds perfect darling." Reece smiled back. He loved treating Marjorie to dates. Something about her smiles and the way she dresses. Just everything about her drew Reece in. Marjorie hung up the phone and Autumn walked back in, perfect timing. "Marjorie, there was this new place that opened up, I believe the theme was directed at oceans and the water?" Autumn sat down, and Marjorie was buzzing with excitement. A secret that only a few people knew about, was Marjorie was obsessed with anything to do with the sea. She loved mermaids and fish and ships and pirates. She had been obsessed with it since she was about 7. Much like Reece with his stargazing, Marjorie kept this to herself, as her mother found it childish that Marjorie still liked mermaids as a teenager. Marjorie kept it all to herself throughout her childhood. Since her mother would constantly look through her stuff, she learned to keep a diary dedicated to SeaLife in her schoolbag, which her mother never went through. No one accept Autumn, Charlotte and Marjorie knew about this. She never let herself mention it in front of Reece, just in case he gave her the same reaction as her mother. She had accidently mentioned it in front of Autumn and Charlotte, meaning other the three girls knew, and Marjorie wanted to keep it that way.
After work, Reece drove himself and Marjorie home, letting her get ready. Reece never tried to dress up for events like these, as over the years, he sort of stopped caring about dressing up, and he wanted Marjorie to stand out, since she had never really always felt as confident as she did now. Marjorie quickly hopped in the shower, got dressed and went to Reece. Reece looked at her and shook his head. "What?" Marjorie looked confused. "Comfy Marjorie, wear something comfortable." Marjorie sulked, but got changed into some shorts, flats and a top, finishing off her look by tying one of Reece's jumpers around her waist. She back downstairs and Reece nodded. Reece grabbed a basket and Marjorie tilted her head. "Don't worry, I've got it all under control." They made their way to the car and got in. Reece placed the basket in the back, before getting in the driver's seat and driving off. Marjorie was always attracted to one main thing of Reece. His driving skills. She had always found people driving attractive, but Reece could drive with one hand, always resting his other on her thigh. She had always loved his little ways of affection. They arrived, but before Marjorie could see anything, Reece covered her eyes. "Hey!" Marjorie exclaimed, as Reece guided her to the entrance. She could hear noises but couldn't put her finger on it. Marjorie noticed Reece didn't take the basket with him, which only got her even more curious. She heard familiar voices, she didn't know who's voices they were, but she swore she heard them before. "How much longer, I'm kinda getting nervous?" He chuckled and kept guiding her. She felts eyes on her, which threw her off, but she didn't mention anything, as she knew Reece knew what he was doing. She heard footsteps stop beside her, before someone wrapped their arms around her. She froze, as she eyes were still covered, meaning it wasn't Reece, and no one else here knew her. "Who the hell is that?" Marjorie was still frozen, until she heard that familiar laugh no one could forget.
"Charlotte?"
