TW: This one-shot will display heavily what Siobhan went through with Roger, meaning there will be abuse, talking of r@p3, and of course, Roger will be mentioned.
Autumn was sitting at her desk, as was Reece, when Marjorie came in. "Hey guys, have you gotten anything from Janice lately?" Marjorie asked, fixing her hair. "Why would I care about her Marjorie?" Autumn stated, not even looking up from her computer. "Why do you care? Didn't she hate you?" Reece questioned, looking at her. "Yea, but I have a feeling something ain't right." Marjorie rubbed her chin. Siobhan walked in, papers in hand. "Marjorie, I was just wondering, why hasn't Janice done anything to what she mentioned to you about?" Siobhan asked, handing the paperwork to Marjorie. "What did she say?" Reece asked, as Marjorie signed the forms. "She said that either you are me would have to leave or something, because we work both work in the office." Marjorie said looking up. "What!?" Reece stood up. "She can't do that!" Autumn looked at her brother, who was clearly fuming. "She's head office, and in our father's hands, she can do anything she likes." Autumn replied.
Siobhan looked at Autumn. "What do you mean Janice is in the hands of Roger?" Siobhan asked. "Janice and Roger were together on the 'love day', as some call it." Marjorie replied. "Valantine's day..." Siobhan took the paper back from Marjorie's hands. "Yea, why?" Reece turned to the blonde woman. "No reason." Siobhan walked off, playing with her hair. Vivian walked in. "What did you all say, she's playing with her hair." Vivan asked, Jamie running beside her. "What's that got to do with us?" Marjorie asked. "We were just talking about Janice and Roger." Autumn continued, "Might've been the mention of my father." Autumn started typing on her computer again. "Bonnie!" Jamie shouted as Siobhan entered the room again. Siobhan picked him up, placing Jamie on her hip. "So, Janice's car just pulled into the nursey." Siobhan said. "That'd probably be for us." Marjorie looked at Reece. "Hey, did Janice get into a fight or something?" Vivian asked, looking out the window. As everyone turned their heads, they saw Janice with a few cuts and bruises. She was wiping tears and redoing her makeup as she walked in. Siobhan took a quick glance at her neck as Janice was adjusting her turtle-neck jumper, something she had never worn before. "Right, Bon, I'm gonna get Jamie to my mother's." Jamie jumped down from Siobhan's hip.
As Janice walked in, everyone turned to face her. "Janice. Why are you here?" Marjorie asked. "Roger... has asked me, to come here and Autumn that he wants her off now." Janice's voice sounded very sore and raspy. Siobhan looked at her adjusting the sleeves to her jumper. Siobhan looked at Janice's body language. "What's that meant to mean?" Autumn asked. "He wants your mat leave earlier." Janice responded. "So, he wants my staff to struggle?" Marjorie asked. "Or he wants Mia in." Reece rolled his eyes. "I don't know or care. That's me done." Janice started walking away. Siobhan didn't let the slight limp that Janice had slip her eyes. "Don't worry Autumn, I'll sort this out with Janice." Siobhan left before anyone could say anything.
Siobhan tapped Janice's shoulder. "Janice. A word?" Siobhan dragged Janice to the bathroom. "What do you want Siobhan." Janice sounded pissed, but still sore. "You have a shirt under that jumper?" Siobhan asked. "Yes, I do. Why?" Janice asked. Siobhan took the jumper off Janice before the raven-haired woman could react. Siobhan glanced at her. Hand marks around Janice's neck, cuts and bruises all along her arms, and more handprints. Siobhan looked back at Janice's face. "What did he do to you..." Siobhan walked closer. Janice started to gently shake. "Janice..." Siobhan stood there, despite the dark-haired woman being taller than the blonde, she didn't hesitate to grab Janice as her legs gave out. Janice started sobbing into Siobhan's shoulder. Siobhan just held her close. "Let it out Janice, I've got you." Siobhan whispered. "He wouldn't let me go Siobhan." Her voice was shaky. "Fuck... I hate that night..." Janice's voice was softer and quieter than before. "He just tied me down... I couldn't escape...!" Janice looked into Siobhan's green eyes, who looked straight back at Janice's grey eyes. "How did you escape? How did you handle it? I don't have anyone who wants me. My husband's dead." Janice was desperate. "We'll help you." A soft voice replied. Siobhan looked behind her, seeing Autumn. "You don't need a secret lover like Siobhan had, the nursey staff with help." Autumn said, leaning against the wall. Janice took a deep breath, before looking towards Autumn.
"I want to help you, and Reece take over the nursey."
