If I don't smile back,
It doesn't mean I'm angry at you
I'm just shielding myself from an attack
Either from my mind, or from people who lack
Kindness.
They're vultures, yet I'm the one who goes to detention
For not smiling more, for being sore
Tell me, have you ever heard of something called, "depression"?
Or do your rules of humanity lack that description?
Either way, you've succeeded in making me both desperate and angry
And that's the most dangerous combination
You think that me not following your flawed codes is damnation
It's truly funny how you think my fatal crime is agitation
