All five standing before Enel all stated that the one that was going to disappear was Enel, who appeared amused as he started laughing. "You want me to disappear?" He had come to stop in order to ask this of them. "That's rather funny." He then started up again, laughing. But none of them were laughing at all, they were quite serious. "I can see how you survived the game. But, you five..." Enel had gripped his staff and a slight bolt of lightning went up it. "...do not seem to know whom you are addressing." He had said and then turned around to looked up. "You do not yet know the meaning of the existence of God." He really was full of it and it couldn't help remain Iris of her former boss that acted like he was God. Enel's hand then started glowing blue. "A decrepit Old man wishing for the prosperity of Skypiea..." He began to describing Gan Fall. "A warrior intent on taking back his homeland..." Then moved onto the man, Wiper. "And a couple of thieves from the Blue Sea after some gold." And now he was talking about Zoro, Nami, Iris and Robin. "This world is full of problems. You lambs are free to yearn for anything you like. This land has always been wrong."
"If you have time to speak such nonsense, then tell me where my Enforcers are!" By Gan Fall's voice, it was clear to tell he was enraged at what Enel had said. "What is it that you desire?" The old man had pointed his lance at the so called God.
"Ascension, Gan Fall." Had been simply said by him.
"Ascension?" Which only lead to confusion.
"Yes. When God ascends, he returns to rightful place." He was clearly no longer in touch with reality any more.
"Returns? You mean to say that you are leaving Skypiea?" Gan Fall was asking this, slightly shocked and confused.
"Yes, I have a place to which I will return. Within the Sky Island where I was born, God truly exists." His words were making less and less sense to more he spoke. "People call it Fairy Vearth. Within it lies a boundless land to behold! It is truly the World of Dreams which I desire! A land befitting to one as myself: Fairy Vearth!" He shouted at the top of his lungs. "Upper Yard is a tiny clump of Vearth not worth stealing. It's not even worth my time." Enel once again spun his staff around and then pointed at us, one by one. "Understand that the cause of your bedeviled was lies deeper than you know. Think about it." Once again spinning it, he pointed the staff up to the sky. "It isn't a cloud, yet it was born into the sky. It isn't a bird, yet it lives in the sky." A bright flash appeared as Enel slammed the staff onto the ball cloud he was standing on. "Lying in the sky, this very land it self... leads an unnatural existence. The soil, the people, and even God Himself have their own rightful places." Iris had to hold down on her skirt as the wind from the light blow passed.
"Y-you mean to say..." Gan Fall had started saying, and the light finally disappeared.
"It is nothing to be so astounded about. As God, the laws of nature fall under my jurisdiction. Thus, I must enforce them." That's when it finally hit Iris, what he planned on doing. "Yes, I shall rip every man, woman, and child out of the sky!" He shouted as if it was nothing.
"You fiend, you intend to destroy this land." Gan Fall's voice was shaking.
"That is nature." Enel said as if he was completely sane.
"You think too highly of yourself, Enel! 'God' is merely the title given to the governor of this land!" The old knight had throw his cape back yelling at him.
"Yes, until now." But the power had clearly gone to his head.
"There is no God who lives in the world of man!"
"Former God, Gan Fall. You have been worried about you Enforcers, I believe." As h spoke, Enel came to sit on the ground. "6 years ago, bested by my forces, 650 of your soldiers came to serve me." Hr had then picked up Gravel off the ground in his hand. "Just the morning they completed the task I had set them to on this island. And as I said, the only ones left standing on this island are the seven of us here." He was bragging about killing all of them. "I had to do something rather unpleasant." He was a monster. "It wasn't that I wanted to do it. When I told them what my intentions were..." once again he started laughing. "They flew into a rage and attacked me!"
"They have families on Angel Island!" Gan Fall had shouted as he reminded him of this fact.
"Indeed. I must soon dispose of their families as well."
"You fiend!" Gan Fall had finally lost it. "YOU DEVIL!" He started to charge at Enel. But in response the man turned to lightning as the lance went straight throw him. In less then a second Enel was on Gan Fall's side.
"5,000,000. 10,000,000. 20,000,000 VOLT VART!" Lightning struck the old man's body.
"Gan Fall!" Iris screamed out his name in a panic.
"Weird Knight!" Nami also screamed from her hiding spot.
"Old man!" And even Wiper called out to him.
"There is a God in this world." Enel stated as Gan Fall had began to fall to the ground. "I am He."
"The Devil's Fruit!" Zoro stood ready to fight.
"It must be the Rumble-Rumble Fruit!" Wiper had inform the group of this. However, Iris already knew that.
"Of the numerous abilities, it is one which boasts of being invincible. The power of lightning!" Robin shouted.
"In other words, his a logia type." Iris stated at the end, not even the slightest bit panicked.
"Lightning? No... no human can match that!" Nami being the ruins was trembling in fear.
"And now, my preordained time has come to pass. There are now... 6 survivors! I congratulate you for surviving!" Enel stated, however, Iris knew for a fact that there were more people. "Now, you will accompany me... as I embark on my journey to the World of Dreams! To Fairy Vearth! You may all join me!"
"What?" Zoro sounded annoyed.
"I shall make it the undisputable Land of God! Only the chosen ones who stand here may live in that promises land!" All of the were looking at him in annoyance. "As for my followers who could not last the few hours of the Survival Game their presence would only pollute that land."
"And... And if we should refuse?" Robin had asked him, with no hint of fear.
"Refuse?" Enel repeated almost surprised at her words. "Why? I decided this. If you remain here, you will fall into the abyss along with this land."
"Indeed, you could do that with your power, but if you meaninglessly destroy this land, the object which you have sought will also fall." Iris came to realise that the thing she was talking about had been the bell.
"The Golden Bell?" Enel was smirking as he asked this.
"Yes. The Golden Bell." Although Robin was serious, Enel started laughing once again.
"You need not worry! I have already accounted for that. When I think back on your movements, there is only one placed it could be." When Enel stated that, Iris quickly looked to the stalk. The bell should have been in the middle of the city, but in its place was the stalk that rose to the sky. And Iris sure that she wasn't the only one that thought of it, the look on Robin's face was telling her she thought of it as well. "I suspect that it is in the same place you deduced. How unexpected. Did you think that you could take advantage of me with that information?" Iris could feel something bad was about to happen. "How injudicious of you." Enel pointed his fingers at Robin and his hand turned to lightning. "I hate manipulative woman." Iris had quickly turned towards Robin. But everything was like it was in slow motion. Enel's hand had shot right through Robin's Head, with a bolt of lightning.
"ROBIN!"
