Paintbrush's POV:
We arrived in the parking lot at exactly 2:00, because Lightbulb insisted that we CANNOT be late under any circumstances. A body guard in a black suit and dark shades was waiting for us, and behind him revealed a long, black limousine. I looked to right, and Lightbulb's sapphire eyes sparkled with excitement as she stared at the shiny black limo. "Oh. My. Gosh. WE'RE RIDING IN A LIMO!" She fangirled and started to do a happy dance in place. "I KNOW! I'm SO excited!" I fan(it?)ed back.

A bulky, low voice said "Follow me," and brought us to the door. He opened it for us and we slid into the seat. OML it was glorious. The leather seats were super cool and felt spectacular as we sat down because it is, like, 100 degrees outside today. On the inside, there was one of those sliding windows where you could press a button and the driver would roll it down and be able to talk to you! How fancy! We started to drive, and there sat Hairspray right across from us in the seats. "Hello Ms. Lightbulb, ummm... you're name?" He forgot it already? Wow, you'd think he'd remember! "Paintbrush." Hairspray threw up his hands. "Ahh yes! I forgot! I'm terribly sorry.. ummm..."

Ah. Forgot about the gender thing. Which shall I choose? "Uh, I'm a girl, FYI." Hairspray's eyes shot over to the side. "Psh, I knew that, Ms. Paintbrush. Any ways, how long have you been singing Ms. Lightbulb?" Lightbulb looked down, then back up as she spoke. "Heh, well I've never actually taken any lessons or anything before, I pretty much just sing in the shower or something. I've never thought I could be good enough for it to be a career choice!" Hairspray looked very shocked. "You're meaning to say you've never sang in front of anyone before? By god, I would've thought you were a professional! You're absolutely astounding, my darling!" Lightbulb blushed and said, "Aw shucks. Thanks! I never thought I'd be talking to THE Hairspray in person, let alone being on your show!" Hairspray laughed. "Well, think again! Might I ask, is it just you two here?" Lightbulb and I nodded. I just hoped he wouldn't ask why. "How old are you guys again?" I decided to speak up this time. "Both of us are 15." Hairspray's eyes were now boggled. "FIFTEEN? Wow! Might I also ask.."

Here we go. "..why were you staying in the hotel by yourselves?" Dang. Lightbulb started to open her mouth, then she quickly shut it again. Then I opened mine and decided to tell him the truth. The whole truth. I started to tell him, then told him the things from being kicked out of my house, to be chased out of Lightbulb's house, to the car accident, to how we got here. Lightbulb looked at me with a shocked expression, obviously not expecting me to tell him the truth. I looked back at Hairspray and said, "...and that's why we're at the hotel by ourselves. Any other questions?" Hairspray looked dumbfounded about what I'd just told him. "...I-I had no idea... I'm sorry I had you tell me that..." Lightbulb was now looking down. "No...it's alright."

The car was silent the rest of the way to the airport, which felt like hours, rather than 20 minutes. Hairspray exclaimed, going back to his usual self, "We're HEREEE!!" We jumped out of the car and me and Lightbulb started squealing again. We walked into the building, got our plane tickets, and sat down, waiting for our plane. For an hour, Lightbulb just played on her phone, as did I. She some how remembered to bring chargers, so our phones were at 100% battery anyways.

Then they announced on the speakers, "Now boarding for flight 475. Thank you for boarding Spangled Airlines!" What a weird name. Spangled Airlines, I wonder where they came up with that? Me and Lightbulb got in line, and for some reason, Hairspray got in a different line. "Hey, why are you in a different line than us?" "First class. You two aren't exactly famous in any way yet, so you guys are in normal class." That made some sense, I guess. We started to walk on, and me and Lightbulb sat next to each other in one of the back rows. I was really hoping we didn't have to sit by someone else, I didn't want to deal with someone I didn't know, even if I had the window seat where I only had to sit by Lightbulb.

I saw another girl sit next to her, and she immediately started to talk to her. "-and this is my friend Painty!" I waved and the girl waved back. "So what's your name?" I asked. "Oh hi! I'm Coaster!" Then she made this really weird crazy face, and then looked back at Lightbulb. They continued to talk, her getting weirder and weirder by the second from what I could hear. They didn't try to talk to me the entire trip, and I was SO bored.

Then suddenly I heard an announcement on the speaker with a broad voice that made him sound like a guy pretending to be a girl. "The sign above you is now glowing a symbol that shows a seat belt, so please keep your seat belts on, we may enter into some turbulence." The only problem with that is the fact that I really had to go to the bathroom. I tapped on Lightbulb's shoulder and told her it was going. "Didn't they just-" "I know, but I can't hold it much longer." "Ugh, fine, but how do you even pee if you don't know your-" "Dont even finish that sentence, you don't wanna know." I unbuckle the seatbelt, and I suddenly see a flight attendant flash in front of me.

"Excuse me, what might you be doing?" (Reference time! See if you can get it!) "Uh, I'm just going to the bathroom. Is there a problem?" He gave me a death stare and said, "You see that sign? It says, stay in your seat, and stay. Buckled. In." I shook my head. "But I can go. It's not illegal." He shot me a blank, but obviously annoyed look. "Stay buc-" I stopped him. "Ah ah. But it's not. Illegal." Then we continued to argue. With the same words. Then he suddenly moved away as I pushed him away. "See this? This is me going to the bathroom. Now go back to your own seat." We both started to walk backwards, still staring each other down. Then suddenly, the plane started to shake around. The guy was pressing a button and pulling a lever, moving his head towards aisle. I fell on the floor, and was still giving him a death stare. I continued to walk back, and the turbulence was still going on. Then I got to the bathroom. I went, the plane still in turbulence, and I walked back as fast as I could. Suddenly, I started to fall again. "You're kidding right?" I finally got back to my row, climbed over Coaster, than Lightbulb, then struggled to sit back down. I fumbled with the seatbelt, then finally, as I put it on fully, the turbulence stopped. Then the symbol stopped glowing. I slapped my hand on my forehead. "MOTHER OF-" The speaker came back on, the guys neck craning into my direction. "Turbulence is now off you are free to come out of your seat and walk around. Maybe take a... bathroom break." (All ideas of that belong to Key and Peele! Comment if you figured it out yourself!) I growled, then just sat back and groaned. We finally started to land, Lightbulb and Coaster still talking and laughing. I was NOT comfortable with this landing. What if that guy tried to crash the plane into the core of the earth? I held on tightly and closed my eyes. Then suddenly the plane stopped. Thank god. "You may now exit the plane." The same guy announced. We got out of the plane, and we walked around the airport. "I can't believe we're in California! This is GREAT!" Lightbulb shrieked as we waited for Hairspray. "So, that girl Coaster. She seemed cool!" Lightbulb nodded. "She was nice! But she was also really super random and weird... She was cool! It may have rubbed off on me a bit too! See?" She made a random face, and it was hilarious! I started to laugh, and she did too. We continued to wait for Hairspray. What was taking him so long? We finally saw him running and panting in our direction. "Sorry...guys...bunch of...girls...want...autograph..." He was definitely tired. We then saw a sign that read, "Hairspray", and a guy was holding it up on the other side of the the airport. "Hey, that's us! Let's go!" Hairspray grabbed our hands and hurried us over to the guy. The guy took us to a car and started to drive off.

(A/N: Sorry this took so long to update. It's kinda a lazy chapter, but I had some writers block, so this is the best I could do for you guys. Sorry again! Remember to rate, comment, and whatever else you feel like doing!)
