That night I had terrible nightmares that kept me awake the entire night. It was crazy - Alaric Saltzman died, Elena became a vampire, and then Jeremy was killed by some guy named Silas...
After I woke up, I called up Bonnie and Elena; deciding that this information would be of use to them.

Author's POV:
It was only a couple of hours before Kol woke up. Once he was up, he grew completely furious and started break to everything in his bedroom. That was until Elijah entered his room with a pleasant smile.
"Olivia wanted me to tell you that she had an amazing night, and for you to have this." Elijah said handing the note to the now calmed Kol.
Kol stayed silent as Elijah left his bedroom. He started to read the note,
Dear Kol,
I'm not really good at writing but here I am. I know you and your family aren't really welcomed by most of my friends, but whenever your in trouble or in need to talk to someone; I'll always be here.
Sincerely,
OliviaP.s. Here's my phone number, once you know how to use a phone.
The original vampire stood there, a smile plastered on his face. Luckily he had a phone and knew how to use one.
Later on that night, he couldn't help but to think of this girl. He was extremely confused that he had fallen for a teenage human girl. After all these years, she was his weakness.
"Elijah!" Kol shouted from inside his room, too lazy to go and find his brother himself.
"What is the matter, Kol?" Elijah, in a matter of seconds, stood in Kol's room- finally taking in the sight of his messy room.
"Was it quite embarrassing for Olivia to see me in that weak state last night?" Kol asked, starting to add Olivia's number to his own phone.
"Well. I'd have to say no, brother. She seemed to care about you- even putting aside Damon Salvatore for what he did." Elijah replied with a sly smile.
"Watch what you do or say to this girl Kol. She seems special and important to this family- and could even be the key to bringing this family back together." Elijah implied, placing a strong grip on Kol's shoulder.
"I trust you." Elijah added, leaving the room in seconds. Kol sat back down on his bed, and couldn't help but think all about what Elijah meant. Their family should be together forever and always. Kol thought to himself for hours upon hours.
Knowing that he would care for Olivia. He felt that it was his own responsibility now, to change for only a mere love interest. Kol turned the lights off and in came more thoughts flooding through his brain.
Maybe.
He turned on his phone, debating on whether or not to call Olivia, just staring at her contact made him smile.

Olivia's POV
The girls took my dreams seriously, insisting to come over for the day to hang out. But I quickly denied because I was exhausted and really wanted to be alone.
My mom walked into my room with a smile on her face.
"Morning." I say as I start to hide myself from the world under my blankets.
"Someone's here to see you." My mom mentioned, smiling like a maniac.
"Who's here?" I questioned, getting out of the bed.
"He says his name's Kol."
At the sound of his name I bolted downstairs - checking to see if he was let inside the house. Once I saw that he was waiting outside, I sighed.
A rush of adrenaline sped through my entire body as I opened the front door. There he was, standing right in front of me with a smirk on his face.
"Hello, Olivia."

Kol took me out to the Mystic Grill, and luckily none of my friends were there.
"I couldn't help but think about you last night. I'm sorry about how the night ended, darling." Kol addressed. We had been talking for about 15 minutes- mostly about last night, and that's when Kol insisted that we'd play pool together.
Kol stood up with a smile and placed a hand on my shoulder. Suddenly images of Kol being stabbed by Jeremy flashed through my eyes. Kol was screaming in excruciating pain as he then burst into flames, dying.
"Darling? What's the matter?? Please, tell me what's wrong?" Bursting back into reality, I had noticed that Kol had cupped my face; more concerned than ever.
I had realized that whatever I saw, traumatized me to the brink of tears.
***
"And you've been having these visions for how long?" Kol questioned as he handed me a cup of coffee. I made too much of a scene at the Mystic Grill, so Kol took me back to his house.
"For as long as I could remember." I mumble.
"Do they always come true?" He asked, sitting down next to me.
"Yes." I muttered sadly.
I felt Kol's eyes burning deep into my skin. Once I looked up into his eyes, I surely knew that I was in love, but I guess all he saw was pain.
"Olivia... You wanted to know more about me, so let me start: I've been around for 1000 years, I know I've terrified a ton of people over the years and never really cared. But since I met you, I haven't even thought about harming a human. Point is; although it may not seem like it, I also enjoy the comfort of others." Kol started to say, making my heart skip a beat. At each word, he inched closer to my face.
"I enjoy having you by my side." Kol finished, only centimeters away from my face.
A door slamed nearby; Elijah and Klaus entered in only seconds. Elijah cleared his throat, making Kol move away from me.
"I'm afraid Mother is trying to kill us." Kol turned to look at me before Elijah continued to tell us about their traitor Mother and brother Finn who went along with their devilish plan.
If Elijah and Klaus didn't walk in just now, I probably would have had my first kiss.
