BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BE-
I groaned as I slammed my hand down on the snooze button on my alarm clock. I sat up in my computer chair. The monitor rolled through a handful of crude sketches of cars and beautiful designs of custom cars. All drawn by me. I shook the mouse to wake the monitor to reveal my latest project. A custom design I had drawn up for my dad's 2015 Mustang GT. "Jake! Breakfast!" Rang the voice of the dragoness I had grown to call Mom. I groaned and ran my hand through my Fur. Yes Fur. Unlike my family, who are all dragons, I'm a wolf. I was adopted at the age of 3. And all that was left to me was deposit box that would open on the last day of my 10th grade year. I trudged downstairs still in yesterday's clothes and sat at the table. "Mom." I said half awake "I told you to call me Helios." "Well I like Jake" My mom retorted. I only chuckled and shook my head as I dug into the pancakes. Suddenly I felt a pressure on my head, as well as a small groan. "Zach getting you down again?" I asked my 17 year old sister. She sighed "He is so persistent. As if being a clan leader wasn't enough. He's already trying to mate with me." I let a small growl escape my throat which only caused her to giggle. "You don't like him very much do you?" "I never liked him" I responded "he's such a horn dog it's not even funny!" She just giggled and planted a kiss on the top of my head before rubbing it. Suddenly the from door burst open to reveal the one dragon I seriously hated, and I love dragons! Zach. Before my sister, Shade, could stop me I was making my way over to Zach. I got a fist full of his shirt collar and slammed him against the wall. "I heard about what you tried to pull swine" I growled. "I want to mate with her and I don't care if she's ready or not. I will have her" Zach smirked as he said that. That sent me over the edge as my hand soon found my custom FN 5-7 that was soon pointed at his face.

"THATS ENOUGH! BOTH OF YOU!"
Boomed my father. I let out a low growl and shoved Zach against the wall my gun still level with his head. "Your not her mate. And so help me if I hear about a stunt like that again I WILL give you another hole to breath out of." with that being said I holstered my pistol and went to go finish my breakfast. My father instructed Zach to get out. I've never seen Zach run before but he did then and he has a very stupid run. I finished eating before my dad could stop me before retreating to my room. I set the pistol and the computer desk and saved the design. I sighed and plopped down into my chair and ran my hand over my face before a knock was heard on my door frame. I turned to see my dad standing in the door frame. I sighed "If you've come to talk about what happened with Zach don't bother. I don't regret it one bit." My dad only chuckled. "No it's not that. I wanted to give you something." He threw me a small wrapped box. I caught it and gave him a funny look. "Open it" he said with a slight tone of excitement. I tore off the wrapping paper and opened the thin black box. Inside was a set of keys that belonged to a 2015 Mustang. But not just any mustang. A shelby GT350. I looked at my dad wide eyed. He only chuckled "Consider it your late birthday/moving present." I smiled and gave him a huge hug. "Thanks dad." I said happily. "Your welcome son" he smiled. I ran outside to see a gleaming jet black shelby in my driveway. I climbed into the car and started it the V8 roaring to life as I did. I slid the transmission into reverse and backed out of the driveway before slamming it into first and disappearing in a cloud of tire smoke.
-1 Hour Later-
My phone rang as I sat at a table in a local Burger King. My sister sent me a text which read: I'm meeting you at BK and we will drive to our new house. :)
I smile. Leave it to my sis to be straight to the point. I finished my burger and dumped my tray and walked out the door just in time for my sister to pull up in her chrome purple liberty walk Lamborghini Aventador. I smiled and jumped into my Shelby and drive back to the old house my sister in tow. I pulled into my massive garage and parked it where all the other cars are that are getting shipped and climbed into the much more familiar and supportive Recaro racing seats in my Black 1972 Camero (A/N: It's the car pictured at the beginning of the chapter). "Hello beautiful," I cooed as the engine came to life with a roar and then settled into is earth shaking idle. I eased the stick into first and rolled out of the drive way onto the road. Once my back tire hit the pavement I stomped on the gas making my car disappear in a cloud of tire smoke with my sister in tow.
