"Hey, we have to stop by my grandparents house first" I tell Calum tying my jacket.
"Why?" he asked.
"Everyone's meeting there first and then we'll go to the party, plus, we have to pick up your jacket" I say answering his question.
"What jacket?"
"The one my grandma made you, the Lao one" I answer.
"But your not even dressed" Calum stalls.
"I know, I have to do my hair; but I also have to pick up my clothes too, so do the other girls".
1 HOUR LATER

"Are you done yet?" Calum complains.
"Hold on a sec," I say coming out the bathroom.
"Hey do you know where my bag is?" ask Calum.
I start to search the room, looking for my bag. All of a sudden Calum starts bursting out in laughter.
"What the hell are you laughing at?" I retort.
"Nothing, you look great babe," he chuckled.
"Even if your hair looks like a giant mushroom" he says pulling me onto his lap.
"Shut up, I have to do a bun and my hair is really long and thick" I said standing up.
"Why are you packing so much stuff anyways?"
"I have all of this hair stuff in case our hair messes up, clothes for after because the traditional clothes get hot, and makeup just because."
He rolls his eyes, "Well are you ready?"
AT MADELYN'S GRANDPARENT'S HOUSE

I'm the first one here, and I'm dressed but I need Mae Mae to do my hair. DING! The doorbell rang. I look through the hole, "Ahhh!" I screamed, it was Maddie and Cal!
"I can hear you Jae, open the door" Madelyn .
"Jeez, hold on."
"Jae!" she screamed hugging me.
"Hey girl, hi Cal" she said.
"Ahh, bo yell " Ma Tao said.
"What did she say?" Calum asked.
"She said don't yell" Jaelynn answered.
"Let's go upstairs," I said."Is everybody here?".
"Everyone except Rowena".

"Hello? Anyone home?" I called.
"Ena!" I heard Mae Mae and Jae Jae yell. They both ran towards the staircase.
"Jaelynn!" Madelyn yelled.
"What?".
"Why didn't you lock the door?".
"I don't know".
"What if a robber came in".
"But it's not a robber"
"I know but still".
"Then I'd kick her ass"
"What if it was a guy?".
"Then I'd have Calum help me kick his ass" we all started laughing.

"Here let me take your bags" I said as we walked upstairs.
"Hey Cal, hi Tao" Rowena said.
"Hi Ena" Tao said.
"Come on we have to get ready" I said. "Ma Tao,"
"aemn jang?"
"Where's our clothes?" I asked.
"Thini" she said getting up to get them.
"Thank you" I said.
"Uh uh".
"Let's get ready," we got dressed and I did Rowena and Jaelynn's hair. We got our stuff together and came out. "Here Cal," I said handing him the shirt. "Keep your shirt on underneath"
"How do you button it?" he asked.
"Here let me do it"
"Okay, is everyone ready?" Rowena asked.
"Aim Oun is going with Youg Tao and Ma Tao, and we're all going in Jae's car" I said. "Let's go, wait, before we go, that's my Uncle Oun, that's my grandpa, and that's my grandma" I said pointing to each of them."Nice to meet you" he said shaking each of their hands. "Now let's go".

"Not everyone here is my family just so you know" Madelyn said.

"Hey Maddie do you have an envelope?" Rowena asked.
"Sorry I don't, I think Jae took some though" "Come on" I tell Calum after putting an envelope in the box.
I bring Calum to where my parents, my sister, my aunt, and cousin were sitting. "Calum, this is my mom, dad, sister, aunt, Ethan, and Steve" I say pointing to each of them. "Nice to meet you" he said shaking each of their hands.
"We're gonna go outside" I said to them. "Let's go, oh and did you call the guys?"
"Yeah they should be hear any minute"
"Hi Mae Mae!" Aim Yong said hugging me. Aim Yong tensed a bit. "Who's this?" he asked.
"This is my boyfriend Calum, Calum, this is my Uncle Bounyong" they shook hands and Aim Yong noticed Calum tattoos. I saw Calum noticed a lighter in Aim Yong's pocket and a beer in his hand.
I saw the Ashton's car pull up. "Well see you soon" I called as Calum was pulling me towards the car.
