9: hang out

i'm just resting in my bed as i get a notification from lisa- wait no it's a group, i don't remember being in any group?

i open my phone and look at the members first, there are a couple unknown numbers but mostly are my friends

Lisa: hi, i made a group if ya'll don't mind.

Jennie: oh hii, i don't mind☺️

Lisa: hey jen, i just remembered you forgot your hair tie at my place

i raise an eyebrow, since when were these two at lisa's house, i was typing out a text when i heard my mom walking up the stairs, i have to remember everyone's footsteps just in case. 

i felt my phone vibrating again so i quickly silence it just as my mom walks in, drunk as ever ''yah! you'' she points at me and stumbles a bit back ''it's all your fault'' i get up and make sure to stand on a safe distance 

''mom please get out'' 

''no! it's all your fault if you- if you were just never born'' i grit my teeth despire feeling hurt and well upset i coulndn't help but also feel angry ''i hate you so much'' with that she slams the door in my face and probably stumbles somewhere in the house

i let out a sigh and go back to my phone seeing there have already been quite some exchanges in the group 

seulgi: you guys i think J is ghosting us now😔

another text followed

jeongyeon: yeah i think so too, she's even online...

Lisa: i think she got kidnapped by aliens

what the fuck are these people on

Jennie: i'm sure she's fine

unknown: ya'll stop spamming i''m trynna study over here.

that must be irene, i can tell from her profile picture

then another unknown number 

unknown: ya'll are weird. 

i can't tell who that is 

Lisa: so? our dear J has been kidnapped or something

:shut the fuck up. i'm not

:who did you even add? 

she then send a list with all the names, including rosé but worse becky.

i hate that girl with all my guts. 

the reason why i got kicked off the team was because of becky, we got into a big fight and well it got fysical and i punched her many times, but that was all before rosé got here so she luckily doesn't know about that, unless becky told her. but our fight also has a lot of history

it's a bit after dinner and i have decided to go out, i have already taken a walk around the park but now i'm walking through the already closed malls because honestly i have nothing better to do with my life, not to mention i still have  a bet to finish and i don't know if i'm even gonna be able to do it.

rosé is so annoying and just so straight. 

i wasn't paying that much attention when i suddenly hear someone calling out my name, and as i turn my head i see it's rosé and her mom. 

''jisoo right?'' i force a smile onto my lips and nod my head ''are you here for the market?'' i put my hands in my pocket and let out a breath

''no just taking a walk'' her mom frowned at me 

''alone? in the dark?'' i nod my head looking away for a split second ''be careful around here especially alley ways'' i smile this time a real one

''yeah i've had my deal with that before so i usually just walk a different route so i don't walk by those streets'' rosé just stands there looking at everything but me 

''hey why don't you wait here for a second i have to grab something from the market'' rosé was about to say something but decided not to and just nodded her head, once her mom was out of sight rosé sighed

''i like your shirt'' i turned to rosé 

''wow a compliment coming from park rosé's mouth'' she rolls her eyes letting out a scoff making me chuckle ''thanks though'' 

''your welcome.'' 

''honestly though what do you have against gay peopl'' she crosses her arms leaning against a wall 

''nothing'' okay now this doens't make any sense ''my dad is a priest'' 

''so?'' 

''so he doesn't except gay right'' now that makes more sense- but wait when did she start opening up to me and talking about stuff to ME 

''and your mom?'' 

''i don't know probably the same as my dad'' she surpresses a yawn ''why do you care?'' 

''because you are rude to me and i have a right to know why exactly'' she scoffs but smiles anyways 

''it's funny watching you get frustrated'' i looked at her in disbelief
