After gaining more confidence on himself, Izuku goes and tries to talk to Ochaco however it seems Bakugo beat him to it. Now Izuku decided to change. His whole life was changed because of Bakugo but no more. He's no longer Deku, he's now someone new.
No one ever expected this level of power come from Izuku. All Might looked in shock as Izuku glared at Shigaraki and Nomu.
Izuku: Keigo.
Keigo: ...Y-Yeah?
Izuku: Is she alive? I want to make sure she is.
Keigo checked her pulse and luckily he felt her heartbeat. He let out a small breath of relief.
Keigo: Yeah, she's good and alive just out cold.
Izuku relaxed as he nodded at him and looked at the villains again.
Izuku: Get out of here. Their mine.
Keigo nodded as he picked up Rumi and flew off to the front of the building.
All Might: Young Midoriya...
Izuku's power was on another level. He had surprised everyone, no one had ever expected that he would be this powerful or that he would transform.
Ochaco: ....Deku...
She whispered in worry for her old friend. Even if he didn't want anything with her, she still worried for him and wanted him safe.
Izuku: I will never forgive you for what you've done.
He walked forward as the electricity and energy surrounding him made the air more thicker and Shigaraki felt true fear as he saw this stude-no...this Beast walk towards him.
As he walked Shigaraki was gonna command his Nomu to attack but in a blink of an eye, the young warrior disappeared from sight like he vanished out of thin air.
Shigaraki looked around in fear only to see something that scared him.
His Nomu in pain and being punched in the gut so hard that smoke was releasing his body.

Izuku: Die.
He opened his hand to form a blast of energy, slowly pushing the blast inside the Nomu and destroying him from inside so fast that his Super Regeneration couldn't even keep up.
The smoke dissipated and Izuku stood there with the same glare at Shigaraki and without even a second thought, Shigaraki decided to escape and leave.
Shigaraki: I swear to you. I will kill you!
Izuku: You shut your mouth. Because your gonna remember me as the man who made you run away in fear.
Shigaraki flinched as Kurogiri and himself escaped and left the U.S.J.
Izuku looked around to the many villains who were still up and took them down with a single blow each. Each one being either knocked out by his blow or the wind pressure of his speed.
No one could believe what they were witnessing. Izuku was a completely new fighter...it scared them and yet it made them happy to know that he won.
Mineta: He's...he's so cool. He made the villains run away!
Tsuyu: Did you see that power. A single blow and he killed the big monster guy.
Keigo: ...Izuku. W-What happened to you?
Rumi slowly started to wake up and the first thing she saw was a white light.
Rumi: Great...I'm dead.
However once her vision fully cleared and recovered, it wasn't the gates of heaven she saw but power incarnate. Izuku in his new form
Izuku then powered down as he took a small breather.
Izuku: Man...that was new.
All Might rushed to Izuku as they handled the rest of the villains who were in facility.
All Might: Young Midoriya, what was that new power?
Izuku: It was something I have been working on for the last few weeks but I never expected it to fully come out like that.
All Might: Whatever it was, it saved your classmates and stopped those villains. For that young Midoriya. You have my thanks.
Izuku: Thank you All Might.
After everyone was safely taken out of the facility, with the police taking every other villain in the squad trucks, All Might spoke with Tsukauchi about the incident and were told that Aizawa and 13 were gonna recover and were now stable.
Tsukauchi: You should be lucky, All Might. Not one of your students was injured to a major level. It was thanks to you.
All Might: Actually Tsukauchi, it was this young man who fended off those villains and rescued his class. Izuku Midoriya.
Izuku was a little embarrassed for the praise but was given many thanks by the police department and his classmates. However one looked at the U.S.J in thought of what he saw.
The power, the pressure he felt from Izuku. It was like All Might but just more rage. It made him shiver and terrified. How? How was it that he was getting this strong and he was being left in the dust like nothing.
Bakugo: There's no way I can catch up to him. How did that nerd get so strong? It doesn't make sense.
Kirishima: Hey man, let's go! We're loading up already.
Bakugo: Yeah, yeah I'm coming you idiot.
Ochaco: Katsuki....
Bakugo looked at Ochaco and both had that same feeling. The Izuku they knew was long gone. Whoever this was...it was not Izuku and there's no way to know if they would ever bring back the old one.
(1 hour later)
Rumi: You asshole! You let me stay unconscious when you had this amazing power and didn't even let me see the fight?!
Izuku: It wasn't my fault! I thought you were dead for a moment, plus I was filled with rage. How do you expect me to say, "hey guys, wait let me ask my knocked out friend to wake up so she can see me beat your asses." Make it make sense, Rumi!
Rumi: THATS WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID YOU DICKHEAD!
