As I walked home after school, I felt a presence behind me. It was the little blonde girl I had helped bake cookies earlier.

"Are you going the same way as me? I mean you've been following me for a few blocks, at least." I said with a smile to her.

"We can have a playdate." She said as she stared up at me with her big eyes.

"What?" I responded, confused.

She paced around like an adult, "I asked my mum if you can come over to our house and she said yes."

I nodded my head, "Of course, but don't you have to ask my mother as well?"

Lina smiled, "She won't mind. Come along!" She grabbed my hand and pulled me into the nearest house, which was hopefully hers.

As I walked in, I was greeted by her mother, who had cookies in the kitchen.

"You must be Birgitta! Lina has spoken lots about you! You're basically her idol!" Her mother said.

I smiled, "Ah, that's- that's nice."

Lina grabbed my arm and pulled me into a room, "This is my brother, Fritz." She said as she pointed at Fritz, who was sat on his bed reading a book.

"Lina! Get out of my room!" He said, throwing a pillow at her; which kindly hit me straight in the face.

"Fritz! You attacked my new friend!" Lina yelled as she started pushing everything off his desk before he could apologize.

Lina brought me to a pink door adorned with butterflies and smiled, "This one is my room. I think it's the best room in the house. All the others are boring."

We sat down on her bed and she pulled out a sheet of white paper from a folder, "I need you to help me study for my vocabulary test on Friday." She said as she tapped the word 'Führer' on the study guide.

"Oh- um, give me a sentence for the word 'annoying'." I said as I hid the answers from her.

"Fritz is my very annoying brother."

I nodded, "Alright next on the list." I looked to number two, only to be met with the word 'Subhuman'.

God, what are they teaching these girls?

"Give me a sentence for the word, 'subhuman'..." I said, hoping to get past this word quicker.

"That monster is so mean, it feels subhuman."

I gave her a smile and wrote a check next to the word on the sheet, "Great. Great job..."
