The night was getting late, but Ella was still sitting hugging her knees in the corner between her bed and her nightstand.
Jennie came into her room and approached her.

"Honey, will mommy feed you?"
Ella shook her head.

"You haven't eaten anything since earlier," Jennie said again,
Ella lowered her face deeply.

"Why doesn't mommy ever answer Ella's questions about daddy?" She asked,
Jennie had to desperately hold back her tears, she sat in front of her daughter and lowered her face too.

"If you were mommy... You wouldn't be able to answer those questions either." Jennie replied,

Ella's beautiful eyes filled with tears again.
She understood now why her mommy never answered all her questions about her biological daddy.

Because maybe the answers to all of Ella's questions would be too painful for her to hear.
Until Jennie couldn't even answer them.

"Mom... Let me ask you one thing, Will daddy's life... Be much happier without Ella?" Ella asked while staring deeply into her mother's eyes,
but Jennie couldn't hold back her tears anymore as she looked into Ella's eyes.

"I don't need an answer....ella can know the answer from mommy's eyes."
The poor child still tried to spread her smile. Although her smile implied sadness.

"If that's the case, please let Ella know one thing about Daddy and after this Ella promises not to ask anything about Daddy anymore." Haru begged.

"What?" Jennie asked,

"Daddy's full name, tell me mom, what is Ella's real daddy's name?
Ella doesn't mean anything, I just want to know his full name, so... I can say daddy's name in every prayer I make."

Jennie bit her bottom lip, so she wouldn't burst into tears. It seems that he can't bear to listen to all those heartbreaking words.

"Can't I know her name?" Ella asked again,
Jennie stared at her meaningfully for a few moments.

"Your daddy, his name is Park Chaeyoung." Jennie said
. And what do you want to know?

Ella's happy smile widened instantly, even though at that moment her tears fell.

"Park Chae-young." Ella said with her smile growing wider,
and her tears flowing even faster.

"Even his name is charismatic.
Daddy must be really cool, right, mom?"
Ella asked,
Jennie nodded.
A moment later she pulled Ella into her arms.

Ella cried hysterically in Jennie's arms.

Ella turned around as someone called her, it was Seo-jun.
Her friend looked out of breath after climbing the stairs to the school roof.

"Where? I've been looking for you, but I found out you were on the roof." Seo-jun said while standing beside Ella,

"For? Ella's expression turned flat instantly.

"What are you doing here?" Seo-jun asked,

"Breathe." Ella replied while looking at the blue sky above,
Seo-jun stared at Ella meaningfully for a few moments,

"Thinking about daddy, huh?" he asked,

Ella turned and widened her smile slightly,

"Jung, I give up."
He said suddenly,

"Give up on what?" Seo-jun asked confusedly,

"Meyerah to find out about daddy."

"Why?"
