A Thundering Introduction

(Deku POV)

'He keeps looking at me, it's making me nervous.' I thought while trying to ignore Loki's cold yet curious look. "This felt too easy and this guy packs a wallop." I heard Captain Rogers say aloud. "Yea, though you are pretty spry for an older fellow. What do you do Pilates?" I looked toward Mr. Stark, who just made the comment, after noticing I turned to him he looked at me. "What about you Donnie Darko what's you shtick?" I must have looked confused because he asked again normally. "What makes you so strong, kid? Some type of super soldier, alien, or are you like Doctor Banner, you know exposed to gamma radiation?" I didn't know how to properly respond to that but I realized that being an alien was probably more accurate. "I guess you could say I'm an alien of sorts." I said while scratching the back of my head. 

Mr. Stark nodded but still wanted to ask something but was interrupted by another voice. "I have seen many worlds and in those worlds I've never seen anyone like you." I looked back. It was Loki who spoke. "I have no knowledge of you. It had no knowledge of you." The last part he said in a whisper that I barely caught. "Where are the people you brainwashed?" Captain Rogers asked, but Loki did not answer. He just looked at me intently as if trying to figure out everything about me by looking at me. 

"We're not gonna get anything out of this guy, I can tell." Mr. Stark said. Then I heard lightning from outside the jet and I felt danger sense activate. I looked towards Loki and he seemed to be feeling the same. I heard the adults asking where the storm came from and Captain Rogers teasing Loki about being afraid of lightning. "I am not overly fond of what follows." When Loki said that Danger Sense pinged again. "Somethings coming." I said aloud and stood up fist clenched and ready for anything Mr. Stark and Captain Rogers followed when we all heard something land on the top of the jet. Mr. Stark then opened the rear door, and only after a second a man in armor and wearing a red cape appeared holding a hammer. 

Mr. Stark went to attack but was shoved back, landing on Captain Rogers. The new arrival then grabbed Loki and flew out the jet. "Kid get on him, we can't lose Loki." Mr. Stark said and I followed the two Asgardians. I wasn't that fast but I was able to follow them. I noticed the man with the red cape landed on a mountain, throwing Loki to the ground roughly. I decided to propel myself using Fa Jin and tackled the man in the red cape away from Loki to a forest down below. "Please stand down!" I commanded. "Do not touch me again, boy." The man said firmly, grasping his hammer. "That man up there that you tried to free must be questioned..." Before I could continue he interrupted me. "I am not trying to free him. He is Asgardian, which means he will be punished by Odin the all father." After saying that he threw his hammer at me. 'Guess we're doing this.' I thought while dodging out of the way. 

Before I could rush toward the man I felt Danger Sense blare in my head, I barely managed to avoid the hammer returning to the man's hand. I looked at him and rushed him, knocking the hammer out of his hands and fought him at 15% using shoot style and kicked him in the chest, but he only slid back into a tree and was completely unharmed. 'Guess I gotta take this seriously.' I thought pushing my output to 45% letting lightning surround my body, the man smiled and called his hammer back to him. "So you also wield lightning?" He said while raising his hammer in the air and summoning lightning and directing it at me. I avoided his attack with the help of Black Whip, Float and danger sense. 'Gotta cut off his vision.' I thought while running behind a tree and releasing Smoke Screen. "Fight like a warrior, boy!" The man said and a strong breeze started to blow away the smoke but I had already closed the distance and knocked the hammer out of his hand again, and began to hit him with a multitude of punches and kicks, I kicked him away to get some distance. 

I then sent out four strands of Black Whip and grabbed each of his limbs and suspended the man and pulled him into another one of my kicks. He got back up and called his hammer and started running at me.he jumped in the air to hit me but before he could land a blow he was knocked out of the air by a laser. I heard Mr. Stark arrive poking fun at the man in the red cape about being Shakespeare in the park. "Leave us metal man, this is a battle of warriors." The Asgardian said with a smile. "Oh then I'll join." Mr. Stark said, shooting multiple lasers at the caped man. I took a moment to catch my breath, while the two fought. They flew away for a beat but crashed right back in front of me, and that is when I decided to join the fight again. I acted as support landing blows here and there while Mr. Stark continued to fire his lasers. Mr. Stark gets knocked away and now it's only me and the asgardian again. "Show me your strength young warrior." The man said while throwing his hammer at me again, I dodge out of the way and use air force to keep the man off balance, but my attacks do little to him, he then sends lightning at me and I narrowly avoid getting struck.

 'Can I use it Second?' I ask in my mind. 'Fine but remember this will leave you completely exhausted so you better finish this fight quick.' Second said with a sigh 'Gear one.' I thought while touching my fist and moving it like I would a stick shift. Everything starts to slow down and I decide to close the distance on the asgardian. I land several blows on him, making him crash though trees and skidding across the ground, while this is happening I start to feel tired realizing I've been fighting with Gear Shift for too long. I have no choice but to release the quirk, feeling too drained to keep using it.

 I look at where the Asgardian is. He gets up on somewhat shaky feet, shaking the dirt off himself. "Very impressive, you would make a fine Asgardian warrior." The man says a little winded before anything else can happen Mr. Stark landed in front of me, his hands raised ready to fire more lasers. Both men are interrupted by Captain Rogers' shield. "That's enough!" He said he jumped off his perch and told the Asgardian to put the hammer down. "YOU WANT ME TO PUT THE HAMMER DOWN?" the Asgardian yelled while jumping in the air and slamming his hammer into Captain Rogers' shield. The result was a loud bell sound and shockwave destroying any trees in a radius of 12 meters. I manage to get up first and I look to Captain Rogers asking the Asgardian if we are done, he agrees and I sigh in relief, I then notice the hammer on the ground and decide to show comradery, by giving the asgardian his hammer back. "You dropped this sir." I say with a smile, as I walk toward the jet that was landing near us. "Truly a remarkable warrior." The asgardian said in what sounded like awe. We all hop back in the jet where a confused and surprised Loki sits. "What are you, boy?" He asked in shock. I just respond tiredly with "I'm A Hero." After that I promptly close my eyes and rest while we fly back to the helicarrier.
