I take a deep breath and look away, playing with the cereal in my bowl. "I'm just not ready to talk to them about it yet. Maybe when I'm ready, I can." I pause, trying to collect my thoughts. "I'm sorry, I just need some time."

"Ang, do you realize how serious this is? I think it's better and safer for you to tell them." Bonnie reasons.

Safe... but at what cost does that come at?

I'm scared that revealing everything might change how they see me forever. The fear of judgement and the possibility of losing their trust weighed heavily on my mind. What if I can't handle their reactions, and it only makes things worse?

I sigh. "Fine. You're driving."

Relief washed over Bonnie's face. "Sounds good."

Thirty minutes later, I arrived at the Salvatore Boarding House. Bonnie had something going on, so she ended up just dropping me off. Shame on me. I need her! I knew Elena and Damon would be here since I was informed that Stefan was locked in the dungeon, forced to get over his blood thirst.

I hop out of the car, my heart beating like crazy. This could either go good, or very badly. So I just hope that they hear me out for once.

I swiftly hop up the stairs, and waltz through the front door.

I didn't need to walk into the living room when Damon turned around the corner, as if he'd be expecting me.

"Well, what a surprise to see you here." He crossed his arms, looking at me smugly.

I hum awkwardly. "I suppose. Elena here?" I asked, fibbing my fingers.

"I'll get her. Wait in the living room." He walks off.

"I was going to anyways jackass." I mutter under my breath, before walking into the living room and taking a seat on the couch.

A minute later, Damon walked through the archway with Elena by her side. She had a disappointed look on her face, her arms crossed.

"Oh come on, sister." I chuckled. "You're being overly dismissive." My smile faded.

She walks in front of me. I could hear her pathetic anger dominating the floorboards. "Tell us everything Ang. This seems so serious. Why didn't you tell us? - Wait. How long have you known?"

I looked at both of them before shrugging. "Four months." I muttered.

Elena's eyes widened like saucers'. "You waited four months to tell us?!"

I glare at her. "Yes, Elena. I did. And frankly, if Stefan hadn't attacked Amber, I wouldn't have told you guys at all. But with everything happening, I needed to fess up because people are getting hurt." I raised my voice slightly.

Elena quiets down. Damon glances between us before breaking the silence. "How does this all work? I overheard you and Bonnie yesterday and I was already so confused." He paused. "Are you a witch? You can see things with magic?"

"Look, Damon, I'm still getting used to this. But, when I close my eyes, or touch something I sometimes get pictures, or actual motion flashes of people moving in it. These visions of mine, they predict the future. I sometimes get visions of the past and the present too." I finally catch my breath.

Elena and Damon glance at each other, obviously confused.

I rub my temples. "Okay. On the Founders Day Ball, a few nights ago. When Stefan attacked Amber, I saw it happen in my vision the night before."

"This is so confusing, Ang. What are you?"

I stare at her, pondering and heart pounding. "I'm a Celestine. Second to my kind."
