the gaint robot fell from the sky taking tord with it. edd and matt soon ran over to make sure tom was okay.
meanwhile tord fell from the sky trapped within the gaint robot. as it crashed he hit his head hard on the ground knocking him out cold. pat and Paul soon drove to the site there leader had crashed in. after hours of searching for him they found him out cold. seeing the damage done they ran him quickly to the nearest hospital. after what seemed as though hours to the two a nurse finally came out and spoke. her voice shallow and sad. "we are dearly sorry. your friend has fallen into a deep coma. his chance of survival is at 30%. he's not likely to survive." her words broke the duo as tord was there leader and he always felt like a child to the 2. "may we see him?" pat asked his voice soft. "yes you may." the nurse lead the pare to a small room full of beeping machines and a bed in between. on the said bed lay tord still peacefully at rest. both walked up to the bed and Paul grabbed tord by the hurt arm. "we will tell the army sir....I'm so sorry we couldn't protect you..." both left with less then another word and a broken heart. the nurse looked through a book of close friends of her patient. 3 names came up
edd, matt and tom
she looked through a little more until she found there phone numbers. she found them soon after on the next page. she chose to call tom of all of them randomly.

"hello? who is this?"
"hello this is the hospital calling to inform you about your friend being in a deep state of coma."
