Okay I am going to change it to that Lilly is intersex. I will eventually write a small chapter and put it into the story about her explaining it to Leah. But long story short in the story Leah couldn't be more comfortable and happy about it and she doesn't think of Lilly any different but yeah. The story is still the same besides all of the changes I am making that I have clarified. If you are confused just let me know in the comments or message me and I can explain.
