It was Christmas Eve and it was the first Christmas I'm spending with Leah and without the McCabe family. The girls got two weeks off for Christmas before they go back to playing games.

Over the past month and a half I went on 6 tours and worked 5 days out of the week and spent as much time as I could with Leah, katie, Tommy and mara as I could in my free time. I have also met most of Leah's family like her dad, brother, grandparents and cousins and more. Her family is the best and so sweet just like Leah.

I'm getting ready to leave the house to go to Leah and pick her up to drive to Milton Keynes to spend Christmas with her family and spend the night at her mums house. I grabbed all the presents I bought for everyone include the big bag full of Leah's. she will so mad at me for spending so much money on her but she deserves everything and anything.

I grab my keys and phone, lock the door and head down to my car.

I start driving to Leah's and call her
"Hey baby!" She said over the phone
" hey beautiful girl. I'm almost at yours" I said smiling
"Oh okay well I'm just packing my bag then I'll be done so I'll unlock the door" she said and i chucked at her un organisation
"Baby you've had all week to pack" I said pulling onto her street
"Well better late than never" she said giggling
"True true. I've pulled up I'm coming inside now" i said getting out
"Okay Baby"
With that I hung up and entered her house. She wasn't downstairs so I went up to her room and saw her sitting on the floor on her phone
"Babe!" I yelled and made her jump
"Ahh" she squealed but then jumped up into my arms and kissed me
"You scared me" she swatting my chest wrapping her legs around my waist
"Your meant to be packing" I said walking over to her bed setting her down kissing her a kiss
"Yeah but I got a message of mum saying "can you please bring some milk on your way? I just use the last of it" Leah read out and looked up at me
"Of course we can"
"C'mon let's finish we need to go" I pulled her up to her bag and we went through the last of everything she needed.
"Do you need pads or anything?" I said coming out of her bathroom with some
"Unmmm I'm sure like in 4 days so maybe bring some in case" she said grabbing them off me putting them in her bag
"Alright that's everything" Leah grabbed her bag and phone in one hand and grabbed mine in the other
"Just put some slides on baby I'll go in the shops for you" I said taking her bag of her allowing her to turn of lights, grab her bag of presents and grab her keys ect
"Okay baby"
We headed out to the car and put her stuff in the back seat and get into the car
I sat in the drivers seat while Leah put her mums address into my phone so we can see the traffic and how long until we get there. I looked over to Leah stared into her ocean eyes, she smiled back a said
"Is there something on my face?" She rubbed her face making me laugh and shake my "no"
"What is it baby?" she said
"I love you" I said lovingly
"Aww I love you too" she rubbed my cheek and leaned over to kiss me which I gladly accepted leaning over and pressing my lips to hers. Leah grabbed my face with her hands kissing me softly while put my hand on her thigh kissing back. After a minute of gentle kissing we pulled apart and smiled at each other
"Let's go shall we?" I said
"Yeah before I do anything else" she giggled all blushed
"Don't tempt me" I said warning her
She bit her lip and winked while I groaned a readjusted myself and she laughed at that, I rolled my and drove off.
5 minutes into the drive I felt Leah grabbed my hand and bring into her lap and play with my fingers and rings. I lifted our conjoined hands to my mouth and pressed kissed to her hand while manoeuvring the traffic effortlessly. As went to talk to her about the last 3 days as we hadn't seen each other due to training and me working at the military base, my phone rang through car and I saw it was Tommy calling so Leah answered and we both said hi
"Hello hello lovers" he said teasingly
"What's up mate?" I asked
"A little friend wanted to say" he said and I knew exactly who wanted to say
Leah looked confused until she heard a big scream through phone shouting
"Hi aunty Lilly!!!!" My favourite little human ever Maisy called out he was Tommy's little sister and she was the cutest cheekiest thing ever
Leah giggled and smiled and said
" hey my girl how are you baby"
"Good Tommy bought me chocolate" she said
"Where's mine?"
"In my tummy"
"Ugh rude"
"I gotta Tommy I'm at the shop. But I'll come see you soon Mais" I said pulling into a car spot
"Okay lil ill see you next week" he said
"Okay say hi mara and the fam. bye mais" I said
"Bye Tommy Leah said
"Byeee!!!! " I heard maisy yell
"Bye lil bye Leah" he said hanging
" ill have to bring you too meet maisy youll love her"
" she sounded adorable" Leah said with heart eyes
" she really is. I'll be back" I sis duetting out but Leah also got out
"You can stay int he babe I'll be a few minutes"
I said to her
"I want to come. Is that okay?"
Of course it is. C'mon my love" I grabbed her hand and kissed her temple heading into the tescos
"Can you call your mum and make sure she doesn't need anything else"
"Yeah"
Leah called her mum and she answered

We're at the shops do you need anything else?
No I'm all good just milk please darling
Okay. We're about 30 minutes away
