Le's Soldier

Part 8

Tuesday:

I woke up with Leah tucked in my side sleeping peacefully. I kissed her forehead and moved out from under her, Leah stirred a little bit I tucked her back in walked to my wardrobe quietly to pack my stuff to take with me including a notebook and pen to write my first letter to Leah when I'm away. I have to be at the ground by 1pm to leave for Syria. I don't know what it is gonna be like over there but i know it's not good, this group of terrorists is known for bombing and shoot anyone they don't know especially army troops coming to kill them to save Syria. But this is why the army have chosen the best troopers to go. I message Tommy while I was getting ready and got my clothes out to change into later I laid back down with Leah and she immediately cuddled into me. I looked at the time and saw it 7:37am so I probably should get Leah up and ready to be able to spend time together.
I rubbed her back and shook her slightly
"Baby" she groaned and cuddled in further
"Baby you need to get up"
"I want to sleep" she mumbled
"And I want to spend time with awake before I go" I laughed
"Ughhh okay" she groaned
Leah rolled over and the sheet dropped slightly showing her bare chest, I moved the sheet back up and leaned down to give Leah a good morning kiss. Leah smiled and rubbed my cheek with her hand.

We went and had a shower together before going and having breakfast. I made waffles and fruit for breakfast and just chatted about random stuff and the interviews and events Leah has coming up.

Skip 4 hours

It was time to leave and Leah was driving me there so we could spend the last bit of time together before I had to go. I felt bed we only got together last Friday and I'm already going away on a mission.

Katie came home and came straight to me and hugged me. It's always emotional for her when I leave not only because we are best friends but because of everything we went through as kids.

The thing about Katie is that she is a protector and ever since we were little Katie was so protective over me when she found me under Rhett and his friend she made a vow to herself and me that she would always protect me and never let anything bad happen so every time I go away she feels like she can't protect. When I first went way I bought us matching necklaces to wear and never take off so I couldn't show Katie that we were always together and we would protect each other together or not. Every time I would leave we never goodbye because it always sounded like I was leaving for good and I didn't like the sound of that so I told everyone that before I leave for a mission to never say bye.

I felt wetness on my neck and realised Katie had started to tear up, I moved her head and wiped her cheeks and just put my hand on her necklace and hers on mine grabbed her other hand and did a pinky promise and kissed our hands as well. I gave her one last hug before grabbing Leah's hand my bags and heading out to Leah's car.

Leah got into the drivers and sighed taking a breath, I put my hand on her thigh and told her it will be okay, she just turned and gave me a genuine smirk then leaned in and gave me a kiss then stated driving.
"I told my mum about" Leah said out of the blue
"Hmm what did she say" I said rubbing her knuckles with my thumb
"She said she would like to meet the girl who has taken over my thoughts and heart" Leah said blushed

"aww your so cute" is aid booping her nose

"stoppp" she said going bright red

25 minutes later we arrived and I got out the car going to the  back seat for my bag. I walked around to leah and brought her into me, leah stuck her face in neck and sniffled and smelt her hair rubbing hr back whispering sweet nothings into her ear.

I pulled her back and put my hands on her hips. I leaned down and pressed my lips against hers, she immediately reacted and kissed me back wrapping her arms around my neck, I pushed her into the car gently and trapped while I slipped my tongue into her mouth massaging my tongue with hers. I heard a whistle and saw Tommy with mara.

''Stop sucking each others faces we have to go Lil" tommy yelled

"Alright alright" i yelled back

"I have to go. When we are back I'll have you and those over to meet those two okay." I said brushing her hair out of her face

"I'm gonna miss you'' leah said quietly

"I am too but I will be soon my love" i said gently

"Goodbye baby" leah said gently

"Uh uh no goodbye baby I am coming home" I said kissing her promise ring

"Remember I am always with you, okay?"

"Okay" she said and nodded

"Good girl" i smirked knowing she gets extremely wet form hearing that

"You can't say that when your leaving" she whined

"No touching yourself while i'm gone i will make it worth you while and if you do you will get a punishment" I said sternly

"Maybe" she winked

"Be safe baby" she said giving me a kiss

"Ill see you soon gorgeous" I said returning the kiss and heading over to tommy

" the first goodbye is always the hardest hey" he said rubbing my shoulder

"Yeah it is" i sighed

"Lets go kill some fuckers hey"

"Haha yeah"

Leahs POV

I never thought it would be this hard. I had to pull over on the side of the road because I was crying so much. I know she said she would be okay but anything can happen. I looked at my ring and sighed, I took a breath and thought about everything we would do together when she got back from saving the people in syria. I calmed down and started to drive again heading to my mums.

I pulled up on the driveway and headed in

"It's me!" I yelled out

"Oh hey bubba" mum said coming to give me a hug

"Are you okay you look like you have been crying'' she said worried

"I just dropped lilly off" i said sniffling

"Oh bubba you'll be okay just think of all the good things"

"Yeah. Do you have any tea?"

"Haha of course i'll make you some" she said smiling

"Thanks mum"

We had our tea and spoke a bit before I left because I had to get home to sleep for training tomorrow. I was having a bath and Lilly called, I picked up the phone so fast and she laughed. We spoke for a bit before she had to go and I just sighed getting into bed. It took me a bit to fall asleep because I didn't have her with me although it has been like that since the first time I slept with, she is so warm and comforting I just want to be cuddled up the whole time. I think I am really falling for her.

I drifted of to sleep thinking of lilly until i was in a deep slumber

I cant be bothered to write all the convos on the plane and whole time lilly was in the war and leah and stuff because i kinda want to skip a year and a half to get tot eh juicier stuff so i will write the war and then that will probably be one of the only one i write but expect there to be a big time jump and stuff. xx
