Chapter 43 Yuka Home alone

Things were going alright on Eternia at the moment. Orko and Dree Elle have returned from their honeymoon and were happy to be home. "It's great to have you back," Adam said.

"It's great to be back," Orko said.

"Hey sis," Yuka said hugging Dree Elle. "I missed you," he said.

"I missed you too," Dree Elle said. "Now we have things to do," she said.

Things were getting pretty busy at the palace. Orko and Dree Elle were getting the room they were going to share all set up. Once that was done lot of people had to leave the palace.

"We have things to do outside the palace," Dree Elle said. "I have to go and give the music lesson to a girl in the city," she said.

"I have to help Man at arms and Adam test a new machine," Orko said. "Everyone but Yuka has to be out of the palace," he said.

"I know this will be the first time he will be left on his own for a few hours you think he can handle it?" Dree Elle said.

"I think he can," Orko said.

Dree Elle went to talk to Yuka. "Remember Yuka all of us will be gone for only a few hours, we should be back sometime after lunch," Dree Elle said.

"I know," Yuka said.

"You will be here by yourself," Dree Elle said. "So you are expected to be on your best behavior," she said.

"I know," Yuka said.

"Now you know how to fix yourself something if you get hungry and clean up your mess," Dree Elle said.

"Yes sis," Yuka said.

"Now if any problems arise don't hesitate to call on the communicator," Dree Elle said.

"I will," Yuka said.

"Now we better go," Dree Elle said. "Now behave," she told him.

Then everyone left. So Yuka went about his business. He sat down ready his books and wandering if he should practice his tricks.

Meanwhile near the palace. "I saw everyone leave this will be an easy task," Beastman said.

"If you say so," Trapjaw said. "We should be able to take over the palace and take what we want no problem." he said.

Then they entered the palace. Yuka heard the noise and saw Beast Man and Trapjaw. "Uh oh," Yuka thought. He rushed to find the hand held communicator as he heard the two villains look around.

On the field Orko was helping Man at arms and Adam test the invention. "This is working great," Adam said.

"It sure is," Orko said. "Nice invention Man at arms," he said. "I wonder if Yuka is doing okay by himself," he said.

"Don't worry Yuka can handle things himself," Adam said. "He's a smart kid," he said.

"Yes and a brave one too," Man at arms said. "But with mischievous streak, but I bet he is staying out of trouble," he said.

Then they heard something. "Yuka calling Man at arms," Yuka voice said.

"Yuka is something wrong? I know your sister told you to call if something came up," Man at arms said.

"Yes something did come up," Yuka said in a whisper. "It's Beast man and Trapjaw, they are here in palace," he said still whispering.

"What?! Those two warriors of Skeletor in the palace?" Orko asked.

"Yes and I heard them earlier they are looking for stuff to take, and going to try to take over the palace," Yuka said.

"Hang on Yuka, sit tight and we will come to help you," Adam said.

"Okay," Yuka said hanging up.

Adam held up the sword of power. "By the power of grayskull!" Adam said. Then he turned into He Man. "I have the power!" he said. "Now let's go help Yuka," he said.

Meanwhile back at the palace Yuka was wondering what to do. He was scared and worried that Beast man and Trapjaw might find him. Then Yuka got an idea he had some trick runes that he could use.

He set a few up around a few places where he knew they would try and take something. He soon let them see him. "Hey you to big idiots!" Yuka said.

"I thought the palace was empty," Trapjaw said.

"Apparently this little guy is here alone," Beast man said.

"Yes and he's just a kid we can handle him." Trapjaw said.

"Try and get me you idiots!" Yuka said blowing a raspberry.

"You little brat!" they said taking off after him. Yuka led them to were a trick rune was he snapped his fingers and got out of the way. Then the two villains got covered in paint.

"Ugh I just washed my fur this morning!" Beast man said.

"What was that anyway?" Trapjaw asked.

"Hey you two I am over here!" Yuka said.

"Get here you little brat!" Beast man said. Yuka lead the two villains to another part where trick ruin was. Yuka snapped his fingers there was bright flash of dazzling light causing the two of them to bump together.

"Ugh that kid," Trapjaw said.

Then Yuka made an illusion double of himself. "Hey follow and find out which is really me!" Yuka said. The two Yuka's went in different directions.

Beast man followed him to a room near the stables where the Yuka illusion snapped it's fingers. A trick ruin activated and glue and feathers covered Beast man. "Bleh they got in my mouth," Beast man said.

Meanwhile Trapjaw followed Yuka into the kitchen where he snapped his fingers. The trick rune activated and flour got all over Trapjaw. "Stupid kid!" Trapjaw said and then sneezed.

Yuka had one more trick up his sleeve. He lead the two villains to the robot horse stable. Then snapped his fingers and activated the rune. Then huge version of Yuka appeared and a bunch of balls fell on top them. "Let's get out of here!" Trapjaw and Beastman said.

Then the two of them started to run out of the palace. He man, Man at arms and Orko noticed this. "I wonder why they are running off and empty handed to boot?" Man at arms asked.

Then Yuka finished cleaning up the mess he made and then came out. He was dusting off his hands. "Yuka you handled them all by yourself?" Orko asked.

"Yes," Yuka said.

Dree Elle came running to Yuka. "I came as soon as Orko told me are you alright?" Dree Elle asked.

"Yes Dree," Yuka said.

"Yuka took care of them all by himself," He man said.

"You did?" Dree Elle said.

"Well just because I am kid doesn't mean I can't handle a tricky situation, I quickly came up with a plan and had them in the palm of my hand the whole time," Yuka said.

"You really came through," Orko said.

"Yes and I even cleaned up the mess I made from my plan and boy was it big mess," Yuka said.

"I bet it was," Man at arms said. "Well I think Beast Man and Trap jaw might think twice at coming here if they think the place might be empty," he said.

"Yes because I doubt they want to go through I what I put them through again!" Yuka said laughing.

Everyone laughed with him too.

"Hi everyone today you read about me playing all kinds of tricks on my enemies and it was funny too," Yuka said. "But tricks can be dangerous," he said. "Because if you are not careful someone could get hurt or worse, so leave the tricks to the pros who know what they are doing like me," he said. "Until later," he said.
