Chapter 51 Now Family

Hannah was now officially adopted by Orko and Dree Elle. Today they had a special trip planned for Hannah. It was going to be their first official outing as a family. Hannah was wondering where they were going. "Where are we going?" Hannah asked.

"It's a surprise," Orko said.

"I think you will like it," Dree Elle said.

Hannah was wondering about it and very curious. Then they came up to a huge gate and there was a picture of animals. Hannah was wondering what this place was. Then they came up to a lady behind a counter and window. "Hello welcome to the Dallas zoo," the woman said.

Hannah was now very excited she was at the zoo. "Hello 2 adults and one child," Orko said. 

"Okay now," The lady said as Orko paid for the the tickets. "Baby sitting?" she asked.

"No, today we officially adopted this little girl and today is our first outing as a family," Orko said.

"Oh that is so sweet," the lady said. "I was adopted when I was six and my parents took me to the zoo too for a family outing," she said. "How old are you sweetie?" she asked.

"I just turned four in September," Hannah said. "I never had a family before I have been waiting to get a family since I was born," she said.

"Awe how cute," The lady said. "I hope you have a nice day, I hope you enjoy having a family for the first time," she said.

Hannah was very happy and eager to see the animals. "Remember Hannah hold either Orko or I's hands at all times," Dree Elle said. "We don't want you getting lost," she said.

"Okay," Hannah said. "Mrs. Dree Elle, and Mr. Orko?" she asked.

"What is it?" Orko asked.

"What is it sweetie?" Dree Elle asked.

"Can I call you mommy and daddy?" Hannah asked.

"Of course you can," Orko said.

"We would love that very much," Dree Elle said.

Soon they began to look through the zoo. There were many animals there. "Look at that," Hannah said. "Elephant," she said.

"Yes that is an elephant," Orko said. "Reminds me of the eledons back on Eternia," he said.

"Cool," Hannah said. "Those trunks are so cool," she said.

They were looking around still and saw all kinds of animals. "Look anteater," Hannah said pointing. 

"Sure is a funny looking creature," Dree Elle said. "It looks like it is walking on it knuckles," she said.

"It is," a zookeeper said. "Her name is Tullah," she said.

"Cool," Hannah said. They went to see other animals at the zoo. "Look is it is some kangaroos," she said.

"Yes," Orko said. "Looks like they are relaxing in the sunshine," he said.

They came into the reptile house. "There are a lot of reptiles in here," Hannah said. "Look there are lizards, snakes, and turtles," she said.

"Look they even have a couple of gators," Orko said pointing.

"Cool," Hannah said.

Hannah saw all kinds of animals. "Look tigers," Hannah said pointing. "Look at their stripes," she said.

"Yes I see them," Dree Elle said. "There are all kinds of animals here," she said.

"Look a show that shows animals," Orko said.
