                                 A few weeks later

As the singing instructor led Chen into the practice room, excitement and nervousness mixed within him. The room was filled with an air of anticipation as he prepared to sing a few lines of the song "Overdose." Kris and Thunder watched him intently, their expressions unreadable. "Alright, let's go," the singing instructor said encouragingly, signaling for Chen to begin. Just as Chen was about to start, he hesitated. Something seemed off. "Hang on one second," Chen said to the instructor, who allowed him a brief moment to step out of the room. Walking over to Kris, Chen could sense the tension in the air. "You look annoyed. Is everything okay?" Chen asked, genuine concern etched in his voice. Kris shook his head, a solemn expression on his face. "Can I tell you something?" Kris began, his words trailing off as he struggled to find the right way to express himself. Before Kris could continue, the singing instructor called for Chen to return and resume his singing practice. Sighing softly, Kris motioned for Chen to go ahead. With a deep breath, Chen re-entered the room and started singing, trying to push aside the thoughts that Kris's behavior had stirred within him. Meanwhile, Thunder observed the interactions from a distance. He couldn't help but wonder what might be bothering Kris. As he mulled over their interactions, Thunder decided to give Kris some space, hoping that clarity would eventually emerge. In the midst of the music and emotions, a tangled web of unspoken words and hidden feelings lingered, waiting to unravel. It was a moment that would test their bonds and lead them on a journey of self-discovery and understanding, with each note sung bringing them closer to a resolution.
