                             Later at the hospital

Thunder, Chen, and Kris stood in the hospital waiting room, tension thick in the air. Earlier that evening, an unfortunate accident had occurred during Chen's performance on stage, causing him to trip and injure his ankle. Thunder was by his side instantly, the worry evident in his eyes as they drove to the hospital. As they approached the front desk, Kris spoke up, "We suspect that he has either sprained or broken his ankle." Pointing towards Chen, who managed a weak wave, trying to reassure his friends despite the pain. The receptionist, a middle-aged woman with kind eyes, looked up from her computer screen. "Name?" she asked, pen poised over the paper in front of her. Thunder, with a protective hand on the desk, replied firmly, "It's Chen." The receptionist's fingers danced over the keyboard, searching for Chen's details. "Chen, aka Jongdae?" she confirmed, glancing back up at Thunder. He nodded solemnly, his usual cheerful demeanor clouded with concern. "Yes, that's him." Thunder said. "Please take a seat. A doctor will come to assist you shortly," the receptionist instructed, gesturing towards the rows of uncomfortable plastic chairs in the waiting area. As they settled down, Kris shot a worried look at Chen, who offered a small smile in return, trying to mask the pain he was feeling. Thunder sat beside them, a pillar of strength despite the fear gnawing at his insides. Minutes felt like hours as they waited, the hospital's sterile environment adding to their anxiety. Kris fidgeted with his phone, attempting to distract himself, while Chen closed his eyes, silently praying for a swift recovery. Finally, the sound of hurried footsteps broke the silence as a doctor approached them. "Chen?" he called out, and the trio stood up, relief flooding through them.
