Pt 14

The sound of the wind whistling around me made my eyes open, I looked around, I was still laying on the hammock outside, I was sitting by myself as my hammock was empty but I slowly looked over to the one beside me and JJ lied there just gazing up at the sky,

"Morning JJ" I said as I pulled myself up and turned my whole body to face him,

He quickly looked at me with a smile, "morning Meg!" He replied, "everyone's inside, I waited out here for you to wake" he told me,

I smiled back at the thought he waited out for me, I was normally the one that woke up late all the time so I was happy he waited, "why thank you" I giggled slightly.

We sat there talking for a bit, I always loved just getting some alone time with JJ as I felt I could talk to him about anything and he would always be so understanding,

"JJ is Meg awake we have to go!" I could hear John b shout from the house, I turned and looked at him with a wave "I'm awake!" I answered but looked back at JJ, "where we going?" I asked as I jumped up and started to walk to the house with JJ following me, "we are going out to sea, to find the gold" he told me, I smiled, we were really gonna go out there to get it, I was really praying it was going to be there though.

I went inside and quickly got changed, I wore a grey tube top and black denim shorts with my old black dirty converse and grey socks underneath that showed from the converse,

I threw my hair up into a messy ponytail and left to join everyone else.

We finally made it out to sea, pope let us take his dads boat because the pouge probably wouldn't make it out that far,

It was a cloudy day but the water was quite still.

Finally we made it to the spot on the coordinates,

"All right JJ. Pin it here" John b shouted at JJ as he was stirring the boat, "Rodger that! X marks the spot!" He replied and began stoping the boat,

"All right, ladies and gentlemen." John b began speaking with the drone thing in his hands getting ready to drop it in, Pope watched him carefully from behind,

"To going full kook" John b spoke again looking at us all with a smile, me and kiara sat at the edge watching, "to going full kook" I replied with a smile,

John b began slowly lowering it into the water, it made a huge splash as it collided with it, I stood up and walked over to pope while he was monitoring the camera on it with the computer looking thing, kiara helped John b lower the drone,

"See anything yet?" I asked pope, I looked at me and shook his head before turning his attention back to it, "not yet, we aren't deep enough" he told me, I stood back slightly watching him,

"All right JJ we're right over it. Ten seconds northwest." John b shouted as he picked up a monitor and looked at the location, "got it! Ten seconds northwest!" I could hear JJ shout back,

"One hundred feet" kiara shouted, I walked over to her and watched, I felt slightly useless as I didn't have a job to do so I just walked around watching everyone do theirs, this is why half the time I don't help these guys on there adventures cause John b won't let me help out that much cause 'he doesn't want me hurt' so I get left out on all the fun,

Kiara handed me the rope that was tied to the drone, "you lower this, it's hurting my arms" she told me, I took it off her great fully with a smile and she took a step away to watch me, I began lowering it down slowly like John b had told her earlier,
