Pt 15

I made it to kiara house, I stood at her gate with my hands on my knees as I caught my breath, I took my phone out my pocket and started ringing her hoping my phone would be connected to her wifi from here,

My phone began ringing and on the 3rd dial she picked up,

"Hey what's up!" She spoke from my phone,

"Are you home?" I asked,

"Yeah I am, I'm getting ready to go watch a summer movie series with JJ and Pope, u wanna tag along" she spoke,

"I would love to but look, I'm outside, can u let me in" I asked,

"Yeah off course what's wrong" she said a bit worried,

"I'll tell u when u are here" I told her,

"Okay I'm coming" she spoke before hanging up,

I stood there for a second and she finally stepped outside, "hey" she smiled, I smiled back as I couldn't help it, kiaras smiles were so contagious, "hey" I replied,

She walked over and opened the gate to let me in,

We both walked up to her room and sat down on her bed,

"Okay wanna tell me what's going on?" She asked as she looked at me, I sighed, "when me and John b got home a social worker was at the chateau with some deputy, they took us and John b somehow managed a way to get us out of it but I lost him, and I have no clue where to go and no clue if they got him, your house was my first option" I told her,

"Shit, are you okay" she asked, I looked up to her, "yeah I'll be fine, just worried about John b" I replied, I picked my phone up and texted him just for in case he was to answer,

"Well I know what will cheer you up" she spoke, I looked from the phone to her,

"To come watch the movie with us" she threw jazz hands, I giggled "yeah okay!" I replied,

We both began getting ready with each other, I had my bag I packed earlier so I found a change of clothes and went into the bathroom to get changed, I put my favourite pare of white linen pants, a navy long cropped top, white converse and a navy new era New York cap that matched my outfit,

I walked back into kiaras room, she wore striped shorts and a long tang top with sandals, I sat down at her desk and put a layer of concealer to hide my eye bags, some blush and a bit of mascara,

Kiara did basically the same routine as me but she added some contour as well,

We sat there silently listening to some music as I applied some lip balm, "where's your necklace from?" She asked me while staring straight at it, I turned to her,

"It was my mother's" I smiled, she looked at me "have you always had it?" She asked,

I nodded my head, "yeah, I've just never worn it, I'm not sure why though" I told her, she smiled, "it's really pretty, makes your eyes pop" she said with a giggle as she picked a tote bag up from her bed that we had packed a few stuff in it,

"You ready?" I asked her, "hell yes I am!" She replied and we both left her house.

We finally arrived, where the movie was being played was right in the middle of kook town, but for some reason I didn't seem to care about it but on the other hand, Pope and JJ seemed really worried, for what I have no clue they never spoke about it,

We began walking in to find a spot to sit,

"I'm so glad they're still doing this." Kie spoke up, I walked beside her with a smile "keep calm" I spoke, "carry on" she finished my sentence,
