Elizabeth Stewart was one strange girl. Born in 1919, after the end of WW1, she was 20 when the Second World War started.

After a rough childhood, her mother dying when she was a toddler, and her dad soon getting a new girlfriend, a lot of arguments took place daily. One, when Elizabeth was 13, resulted in her getting kicked out of the house.

She wandered the streets for years, finally landing a job in Private Intelligence at the age of 15.

Soon the Second World War came around, in 1939, and the British Armies were in dire need of help. So they came up with a plan to make a "super soldier", an individual who has enhanced strength or any other abilities.

Finally in 1941, seeing as no one else volunteered, she put herself forward to be the experiment, no one else in the world had done something like this.

The process was extremely painful, for Elizabeth and for the people around her to watch. It was a long process, she had to spend hours in a tiny little capsule, it never changed her appearance but she was a lot, lot stronger.

England thought they were the first to make this scientific advancement. They also thought they would be the last ones to do it.

She was the first. But definitely not the last...
