----------------------------"Did she say when she's coming yet?" I asked Lamar as he massaged my shoulders.
"In about three to four days." He said. Hm so in about three to four days, I'll see his half-sister. Interesting.
"Lani, the fuck rhymes with orange?" Asked Sky. So we were all just chilling at Omar house since we ain't have better things to do. Lemme say this, we like family so you'll always see us together. Andddd we like teenagers doing thee most irresponsible shits ever.
"Porridge." she answered. The room went dead silent as if she said something concerning. "Wha-what? Why you all went silent."
"Howww?" Sky cried out.
"Sky you took music class, what you mean how?" I laughed. I'm the only one from these two who didn't take music class. I know how to sing but never took music class.
"Lemme think." sighed Lani. "Uh I put my orange, four-inch door hinge in storage and ate porridge with George."
"Impressive." I congratulated.
"Why U need it anyways." asked Lani. "Your brother's asking." sky answered.
"Which one?"
"How many you have?" asked Omar. "Two. Older and Younger one. Well actually three considering my half-brother from my biological dad's side. So making it two older brother's and a younger one." She said. I remember here mentioning the fact that she has a biological brother but never wanted to speak about him. Sky and I being the good friends we are, didn't pasteurize her because it's her personal business.
"Oh." Was all he said.
"Well it's the younger one. Donavan." Oh...
"Why tho?" Asked Lola"He asked if I could send him a couple beats and wants to know what rhymes with orange. Oh and apparently he's in LA for something." She said.
"Eh, shouldn't he be going to Atlanta?" I asked. Most summer breaks, my siblings, Lamar sister and Lani's younger brother, would link up. Sky's the only child in her family, so yea.
"I have no fuckin' idea. Tell him to go straight to Atlanta and not here. Ion wanna see him." Said Lani. "How you know he's coming to see you?" Asked Black. Typical.
"Nigga been spamming me." She sighed. Lol. "He should come over. I'd like to see him." Said Tai. Oooooo. She snapped her head towards him and sighed. "Unfortunately no." Just then, my phone rang. Oh would you take a look at that, Donavon.
"Hey kiddo, how many I help you?" I asked. The room went silent. Nice manners and respect. "Yo, can you send me Lani's location. I'm in LA right now and I wanna link up." He asked. I put my phone on speaker and plopped it on my lap. "Say that again."
"I'm in LA right now and I wanna link up. Lani don't wanna send me her location." Lani's face instantly snapped up from her phone and I burst out laughing.
"Donavon fuckin' Brinks. Go to Atlanta before I tell ma. You not supposed to be here?" She yelled. "Bro-" "Hola guapo." Said some girl. "Hola mamá sita."
