"Now lower the base a bit." said Metro. So I'm in the studio with Metro Boomin, Lani and Oni, well that was before Lani stepped out. We just chilling while Metro and I make some beats...and me having Lani try them out. "See how it sounds better." He turned to look at me. People might think that we should date but he like a brother to me and I'm like a sister to him, so no.

"Yea. Thanks caz I really was tryna see how I would make this beat work." I thanked him. "Any time. Call me if you need help." he said. "Bye ladies." We said bye and he left.

I reacted to his message with a heart and exited his inbox. "Your man text you too?" Onika asked. "Yea." I sighed. "Don't get offended but you have a belly now. Like it's growing." I said as I pointed at her stomach. Maybe she tryna bulk or something. "I noticed too. I've been eating a lot and spending less time at the gym. I should go back." She did as he poked her tummy. Guessing she is bulking. "You over work yourself. Take a break." I said.

"Y'alls been telling me that so it's basically carved in my goddamn brain." She laughed.

"Yea Caz yo stubborn ass don't like listening." I rolled my eyes. She sucked her teeth and went back to her phone.

"Hey humans." I greeted Ash, Lamar, Tai, Omar. Lani still nowhere to be found. "Hey baby." said Ash as he gave me a hug and sat next to me. "Hey." I pecked his lips.

"You good?" He asked. I nodded my head and sighed. 

"Where's Lizzo?" I asked.

"Visiting her mom..." Answer Omar. After a few minutes, i let out another sigh.

"She not coming back." said Oni and I in unison. "Who?" Asked Ash. "Lani. She said she's stepping out for a bit. It's been about thirty minutes now." I whined. "That's why she not picking up her calls?" said Tai. He had a frown on his face. One that looked worried.

"You sure nothing happened to her?" asked Omar. "Ion-"

"Speak of the devil and the devil herself appears." I turned to look at the small gate to enter the studio. She was dressed in a pair of grey joggers, black air forces and a black crop top. "Fuck took you so long?" I said.

"Man shutup. Just remembered I had errands to run." She mugged me. "Thought yous dead." Said Oni. "I'll turn around and go right back where I came from." She warmed.
