Someone save me! (A Colby Brock story)

Chapter 8

         I woke up early the next morning, I looked at the clock which read 5:27.  I wasn't quite ready to get up yet so I stayed laying down for 20 minutes.     
     When I tried to get up I couldn't Colby had he arm around my waist.  It literally took me 5 minutes to pull out of his grip.  I went over to Payton,
She was just sitting in the pack n play chewing on her toy. So I picked her up and we when down stairs.
       I sat her down in a chair at the bar so I could see her, and I looked in the cabinets.
     "Perfect." I mumbled as I bent down to grab the apple sauce.
      I put it in a bowl and got a spoon. I gave it to Payton. She is big enough to feed herself so I walked to another cabinet and found pancake mix so I grabbed it and went to the fridge. I grabbed 2 eggs and the milk, when. I was about to close the door I saw bacon so I grabbed that also.
    (Finished cooking)
   Just as I finished setting the food out I heard footsteps coming down the hall. It was Sam. I really didn't know him so I was a little uncomfortable around him still.
       " mmmm smells good in here. What did ya cook?" He asked.
     "I made pancakes and bacon." I said with a slight (and I mean slight) smile.
    Just then Colby came downstairs. I hurried up and gave him a hug and a good morning kiss. With that we all sat down and ate. Not to brag or anything but it was gooood!
      When we finished we sat down and watch some of our favorite tv shows. It was relaxing.

It was late at night around 11 and we were bored out of our minds. Colby came up with a great idea that we should play truth or dare.
       Sam went first "Bao. Where/how did you and Colby meet?"
        I looked over at Colby he stared down at the floor. I grabbed his hand to let him know it was okay.
     "Well it all started in high school..."
