In the quiet corners of my mind,
Memories linger, sweet and kind.
Whispers of days long past,
Moments that were never meant to last. The laughter of childhood, pure and bright,
Echoes softly in the night.
Faces of friends, now far away,
In my heart, they forever stay. The scent of summer, warm and sweet,
Barefoot adventures on dusty streets.
The taste of freedom, wild and free,
A time when the world was just for me.Photographs, faded and worn,
Tell stories of a life reborn.
Each image a portal to days gone by,
A tear, a smile, a wistful sigh.Nostalgia, a gentle ache,
A longing for the past’s embrace.
Yet in these distant memories,
I find my way,
A bridge between the then and today. For though the past is out of reach,
Its lessons and love still teach.
In every memory, a piece of me,
A tapestry of who I came to be.
