"I'm going to be fine, just leave!" Naruto yelled at the raven haired boy, who sat there trying to feed him. He sighed and got up, his patience was running out too, but he wouldn't do anything stupid.

Sasuke gave him one last look before he closed the door shut. "I'll be back soon. Try to get some rest."

Naruto shut his eyes tightly, returning back to the corner of his room. He began to sob silently, he wasn't sad, nor was he hungry, and he wasn't guilty either. Maybe he felt all of that, maybe he felt overwhelmed? He didn't know.

Naruto just wanted to be alone forever. He didn't want anybody to care for him, he didn't want to let anyone get close to him in that way. After all he's been though, he was just scared. He didn't want to lose anyone. No, the grief would be too strong. It might just drown him, take over him.

He felt so useless, so out of place. God, he just wanted to run far far away, but that wouldn't make the haunting memories go away.

Naruto grabbed his phone, pressing on the family photos that shined so brightly on his social media page. He had remembered regularly uploading pictures of his mom and dad on his social media after their passing. He was successful in making it look like he had a loving family to everyone that came across his page, he wanted to seem normal like his other friends, like he was living the perfect family dream.

A smart and outgoing boy with a bright future ahead, his two parents who loved each other so much and were actively involved in their son's life. What more could anyone ask for?

Every one of his friends had thought that was the case. Nobody knew. Nobody needed to know.

Naruto sighed and picked himself off the floor. He slumped down on his bed, rolling under the covers. Tomorrow was going to be tough. He had to get all the sleep he could so his day went smoothly.

Just as he began to drift off to sleep, the door opened. The blond frowned and covered his eyes as the raven turned the light on. Sasuke walked in with a plate and a bag in his hands. He took a seat on Naruto's bed, signaling him to sit up. Naruto sighed and obliged, knowing there was no way to escape the guy.

"I have some Tylenol but you can't take it on an empty stomach." He sighed and moved closer towards the blond.

"I don't need anything." Naruto answered with annoyance in his tone.

"Don't act so immature. You're 19 years old and still can't take care of yourself." Sasuke shook his head as Naruto rolled his eyes. He fed him the soup Naruto didn't finish.

Naruto played with his fingers as Sasuke silently fed him. He didn't understand why it felt so comforting but he was thankful, even if he didn't show it. So for both of their sake, Naruto didn't try to be any more difficult.

"I... I-I'm sorry." Naruto mumbled, unable to maintain eye contact with the raven.

"It's okay." Sasuke spoke with a softer tone, continuing to feed the blond. He noticed how Naruto was avoiding looking at him, chuckling to himself. "Though, I would've appreciated if you had came back to your senses a little earlier."

Naruto chuckled in a low voice. "Yeah, sorry... I didn't mean to ruin your night, Sasuke." He mumbled, hugging his legs. "I guess I just felt overwhelmed after going without my meds for so long, and I guess Itachi showing up unexpectedly-" Naruto paused as he realized he had slipped out, biting his tongue unintentionally as he looked up.

Sasuke's expression darkened. "Itachi stopped by?" The raven watched as all the color drained from Naruto's face. "What for?" He noticed Naruto rubbing the back of his neck, avoiding eye contact again.
