You arrived at starbucks before Chase did. You sit down at a table waiting on him. As he walked through the door you took a deep breath prepairing for what was gonna happen.
Chase: Hey bae. How you been?
He has never looked sexier.
You: Fine. Chase, we need to talk.
Chase: About what.
He got serious all of a sudden.
You: About this relationship. Im afraid it's not gonna work.
A tear rolled down his face.
Chase: I thought we had something. We just started to get closer.
There was the deep shimmer in his eye that made you feel so guilty.
You: Chase I'm sorry. I need some time to settle in with my son and his father.
Chase: Is that what this is about? Chris coming back? I thought you were stronger than that YN? After the way he hurt you? (GCO)
You: Chase, don't go there. You knew how i felt about him, and we both know that you knew this day was coming.
He looked at you so sadly. It made you wanna cry. You stood up and left him at the table. Forgetting that he had your name, number and address.
