Nicki POV
The Next Day

I just left the doctors office, surprisingly enough I wasn't pregnant. I was able to get an iud put in cause with my memory I'd be pregnant. I made my was to ms. Tina's cause that's who had the twins while I went to the doctor. My phone rang and I answered without looking.

"Hey beautiful." I instantly cheese as bey voice filled my car.

"Hi baby."

"What you doing?"

"On my way to your mom's, just coming from the doctor."

"Oh, the pussy doctor."

"Bey stooop." The way she was just so forward sometimes made me blush.

"So that means I don't have to pull out?"

"Girl hush you ain't never pulled out." I said making us laugh. We talked a bit longer before hanging up once I pulled up to Tina's. I got out the car after u parked walking in. My stomach growled smelling the aroma coming from the kitchen. I followed the smell finding the twins on the floor watching their iPad and Tinas stirring something in a big pot.

"Hold stop standing there watching and clean that shrimp for me." I nodded washing my hands and getting to work.

"How was the doctor?" she question sticking a spoon in my face gesturing for me to open my mouth. Or I opened a moaned in delight at the zesty flavors dancing on my tongue.   

"It was good I'm on birth control now." I said making her dramatically gasp.

"You don't wanna give me grandbabies?" She asking going to wash the sinks taking the shrimp I just cleaned.

"I dooooo but just not right now. The twins just turned two, I'm in school and blue just started kindergarten. Not to mention this relationship is new." I explained earning a nod in understanding. Believe it or not I imagine myself pregnant daily, and I can't wait for it to happen, later on though. We talked a bit before the twins invaded my space as we eat. It was authentic Gumbo over rice, and lawd the restaurants where I tried this meal at had nothing on Tina's, I definitely needed the recipe.

"Oni, I tired."

"I full Oni." The twin spoke at the same time. I reached over wiping rumis face and allowed air to climb in my lap.

You are really good with them like really, some would say as attentive as a mother." Tina said with a smirk. Getting up when the door bell rang. Moments later my momma came walking in and running rushed to her.

"BIG ONIIIIIIIII!" The girl was as dramatic as her Grammy.

"Hi GG baby, where's your brother?" My mom asked while walking into the dining area spotting me.

"Hi mommy."

"Hi baby." She came over kissing my cheek seeing that I was kind of stuck with Sir on my lap sleep. Tina came in with a bowl of food for my mother taking her seat. Rumi climbed from my mother coming back over to me. Tina stopped talking mid conversation to answer alter the home shaking her head before handing me the phone making my face scrunch up.

Hello?"

"Beautiful why you not answering the phone?" Beyonce voice came through the receiver, my mom and Tina looking at me made me blush and turn away. I grabbed my phone seeing that the silence switch was flipped.

"I didn't see it was silent." I explained.

"I wanted you to come see me." I looked at the time and saw it was almost 3, 2:40 to be exact, meaning it was about the time to get blue.
