Brooklyn POV

"It's just drinks and a club, nothing that we haven't done before" I rolled my eyes. "Besides this weekend is our only chance to relax and you both know we deserve that" I emphasized to Taylor.

"I know I know, but a club? I don't think that's such a good idea especially since your a lightweight" she chuckled and shook her head. "And most importantly, you just had an attack".

"Shut up, and besides I may be the lightweight but I'm always the one that has to sober up and drag us home" I giggled as I completely avoided her last remark.

"Whatever" she snickers. "But seriously are you sure that you're-"

"Okay" I cut her off. "Yes I'm perfectly fine mom."

I told her about my recent attack as she knows about them from previous episodes, but she doesn't really know why they come. But ever since she's been on my back making sure that I'm taking it easy, and not putting too much stress on myself especially with this wedding.

But stress and planning a wedding seem to go hand in hand. My problem was that I just could not focus on this Curry wedding. I've been trying to bury myself in the tasks of planning but, its been really hard for me to focus lately since that panic attack has my nerves all over the place.

It was my first one in a while and it really shook me up, especially due to the fact that I haven't been taking my medication at all lately. I thought that they were long gone, since I had gotten pretty good at managing them but boy was I wrong. And Jumping back into taking the medication wasn't such a bright idea either as I remember it not having great side effects.

So what better way to relax then alcohol right?

"Alright alright, I'm just making sure" she assured. "But...I'll take your word for it, if you say that you're feeling okay, then we can for sure go."

When we arrived it seemed to be more packed than usual, but I wasn't complaining, I just wanted to let loose for a change. Me and Taylor hung out for a while, but she soon abandoned me to go dance, which left me at the bar.

"I'll have a Margarita please".

"I'll have the same" a familiar said from behind me.

I turned and looked as my eyes widened. It was none other than Stephen.

"Hey Brooklyn" he smirked.

"S-Stephen hey...nice to see you here" I held back a laugh.

"You too, don't worry I'm not here to talk about weddings" he joked.

Good I almost breathed out.

"What brings you here then? Not that you can't go to a club or anything" I scratched the back of my neck.

See now I'm rambling, where's that drink?!

He just chuckled at me and shook his head. "I'm actually here for a birthday."

"Oh who's birthday?"

"MINE" a tall figure appeared from behind Stephen and I immediately recognized that it was Draymond Green.

I giggled as Stephen nearly jumped due to Dray's sudden outburst.

"Well happy birthday" I smiled.

"Who's this pretty lady?" Draymond smiled.

"This is Brooklyn" Stephen introduced us.

"Well nice to meet you Brooklyn, welcome to the party! Are we about to turn up? YUP!"
