Preparing for Battle

With a growing network of allies, the resistance began planning a full-scale attack on one of HQ's outposts. Their goal was to dismantle it, not just to disrupt operations, but also to show other Worker and Disassembly Drones that HQ could be challenged.

As they strategized, Uzi, Thad, and Lizzy argued over tactics, their voices echoing across the hideout.

"We can't just storm in; we'll be outnumbered!" Thad protested, crossing his arms in frustration.

Lizzy rolled her eyes. "So, what? We just wait around and hope HQ leaves us alone?"

Uzi leaned forward, eyes shining with excitement. "Actually, what if we combine both ideas? A quick infiltration, just enough to cause chaos and signal to the other drones that we're fighting back. Once they see we're serious, more might join us."

Ch-last, standing nearby with N, listened closely. Uzi's idea was risky but held promise. She felt a strange sense of pride watching Uzi rally her friends, and she knew that this was the start of something bigger.

N, who had been uncharacteristically quiet, finally spoke up. "If we're doing this, we'll need to plan for every possibility. J, can you lead the main team with me? We'll need Disassembly Drones in the front to take on HQ's defenses."

J raised an eyebrow, looking over at Ch-last, as if daring her to object. Ch-last gave a nod, her gaze determined. "I'll handle the second team with Uzi. We'll secure the perimeter and keep an eye out for reinforcements."

With the plan in place, the resistance prepared for their first true battle against HQ.
