The Moon Weeps

The rained poured as I looked up
Dim light, soft lullabies
No one moving in the darkness
Humility, humanity lost it
Stared blankly as the ocean rise

The moon once happily chased us all
Now he waits until solemn peace
Don't wish to witness violence
Murder among sinning thieves

Recharging the human's dead battery
Healing, feeding the lost soul
Argues with the sun again
Can't fathom why she gives light to them
Ability to see and desecrate
Filled with anger but has no hatred

Ritual amongst the ritual less
Tears fills the crevices and nourishes it
Mind, body, soul
Moon is the puppet master
Can't fathom he influenced such disaster
