I woke up with a heavy weight on me. At first, I blinked in confusion, trying to make sense of what pinned me down. I shifted slightly, feeling warmth press against my side. My eyes widened when I realized it was Luciano—his naked back sprawled on top of me. He was still asleep, breathing steadily, and I could feel the soreness throughout my body from last night.

I swallowed hard, feeling my cheeks heat up as I took in our surroundings. We were still at that little house we stumbled into after our date. Our clothes lay scattered across the floor, a mix of his dark suit and my white dress. I squeezed my eyes shut for a moment, trying to process everything.

"Luciano," I whispered, shaking him gently. He only let out a low groan and pulled me closer, his arm wrapping tighter around my waist. Of course, he wouldn't wake up easily.

I sighed, feeling both exasperated and amused. He looked so peaceful, his usually cold expression softened in sleep. I gently slid out from under his grip, careful not to wake him. As I did, I grabbed a pillow and tucked it under his head. He grumbled something incoherent but settled against the pillow, his face nuzzling into it.

I sat up, realizing with a start that I was still naked. Quickly, I got to my feet and tiptoed across the room. My eyes landed on a black shirt draped over a chair—one of Luciano's, I guessed. I slipped it on, the fabric feeling cool and soft against my skin. It hung loosely on me, reaching just below my hips.

The soreness made every step slow as I made my way to the bathroom. I pushed the door open, surprised to find everything I needed already there—fresh towels, my favorite moisturizer, even a brand-new toothbrush. I couldn't help but smile. Luciano must have prepared all of this before... well, before we ended up like this.

After taking my time in the bathroom, I made my way downstairs. The house felt so quiet in the morning light, almost serene. I stepped into the small kitchen, and when I opened the fridge, I froze. It was packed—fresh fruits, eggs, milk, juice. My favorite yogurt was even there.

I bit my lip to keep from smiling too wide. Did Luciano do all of this for me? It felt strange, this side of him I hadn't seen before. I reached for the eggs, deciding to make breakfast.
