Jordan stood in the doorway, his eyes scanning Dave with a mix of frustration and suspicion. The events of the past few hours had left him on edge, but now, one thing was bothering him above all else.

"Where's my car, Dave?"

Jordan's voice was cold, his jaw clenched.

Dave shifted uncomfortably, his gaze avoiding Jordan's.

"Uh... I don't know, man. I they said, it was stolen or destroyed by the natives."

He rubbed his forehead, as if trying to come up with an excuse that might make sense.

Jordan stepped into the room, his footsteps slow and deliberate.

"So, you're telling me my car's just gone, and you don't know where it is?"

His tone was low, a warning.

Dave hesitated for a moment, then finally spoke up.

"Look, it's not like that. I-uh-people got me drunk. I didn't... I didn't even know what was happening. They... they were too much, you know? Too scary. I couldn't do anything."

His voice faltered as he spoke, clearly ashamed, but Jordan wasn't about to let him off the hook so easily.

"Too scary?"

Jordan repeated, his voice laced with disbelief.

"You're telling me you let some people just take my car while you were drunk?"

Dave nodded, his eyes downcast.

"I couldn't do anything, Bro. I tried to stop them, but they were too strong. They made me feel like I couldn't even fight back. I swear I didn't want it to happen like that."

Jordan felt his anger rising, but he was careful not to let it explode. He needed to understand what exactly had gone down, how much of this was Dave's fault, and how much of it was beyond his control.

"Alright, then what happened? Did they steal the car or what?"

Jordan asked, his voice sharp.

Dave glanced up nervously, then exhaled deeply.

"No, no, they didn't steal it. They just... they changed the bike."

Jordan frowned, leaning in slightly as if he hadn't heard Dave correctly.

"The bike? What the hell are you talking about?"

Dave looked at him with a mix of confusion and discomfort, clearly unsure of how to explain.

"Yeah, they took the car, but they didn't want to leave it like that. So, they swapped it out for a bike."

Jordan blinked, his mind trying to piece together what Dave was saying.

"A bike? What kind of bike? Why the hell would they do that?"

"I don't know, man!" Dave exclaimed, his hands raised in frustration.

"They just... they didn't want to leave the car behind. I-I guess they thought it'd be funny or something? So, they swapped it with this really old bike, one of those rusty ones from who knows where."

Jordan ran a hand through his hair, trying to make sense of the situation.

"So you're telling me that someone came, took my car, and left a bike in its place?"

Dave nodded sheepishly.

"Yeah, that's exactly it. I didn't even get to see the guys properly. They were all wearing masks and acting like they were doing some kind of sick prank. And... and the whole time I was just too drunk to do anything about it."
