I entered back to the Secret Room and walked slowly toward the chair where Patricia tied up, bound and struggling, her breathing shallow and ragged. I approached her silently, my footsteps echoing in the eerily quiet space.
I leaned down, bringing my face close to hers. My nose brushed against her cheek as I pressed my ear against her mouth. I could hear her faint, wheezing breath.
"Patricia..."
I whispered, my voice low, almost affectionate. I smiled, my teeth glinting under the dim light.
"Patricia..."
Her eyes fluttered open, a dazed expression on her face. She looked at me through blurred vision, clearly struggling to comprehend what was happening.
"Wh- who are you?"
Her voice trembled, a mix of confusion and fear.
I gently peeled the tape from her lips, my fingers brushing against her skin as I removed the sticky strips that had kept her silent for so long.
Her breath hitched as she gasped, trying to make sense of my appearance. My white apron and my face were covered in blood. Her eyes widened in suprise when she finally recognized me.
"Jo-Jordan? B-Babe? W-Why are you covered in blood?"
Her voice cracked, a mixture of disbelief and terror. She tried to push herself away from me, her body shaking, but the ropes held her tightly in place.
"Yes, Patricia? You don't recognize me?"
I leaned in closer, my lips curling into a sadistic grin.
"I'm the same guy you've been with. The same guy you betrayed."
Her face contorted in fear as she realized the depth of her situation.
"Let me go, please, I'm begging you."
She trembled, her eyes darting around, searching for any possible escape.
I ignored her pleas, turning away for a moment to focus on the dish I had prepared. The rich smell of the adobo filled the room, and I carefully stirred the contents of the pot. I had made it just for her, after all.
"Babe, eat this now...
I said, my voice dripping with mock sweetness.
...I know you're hungry."
I stirred the adobo slowly, the thick, savory scent swirling around us.
"I made this just for you. I made this special. So, eat your meal now."
She stared at the dish, her face pale, her eyes wide fear and confused.
"I don't want to, I'm not hungry."
She screamed, her voice hoarse from the effort. She knows she's hungry already, but she's hesitating."
"Let me go, Jordan!"
She tried to kick her legs, but the ropes were too tight.
"Eat this now, I'm telling you! It's going to get cold."
I let out a dark chuckle, taking a step toward her.
"I went through all this trouble, Patricia. I cooked it with love, with care... just for you, Babe."
I leaned down, my voice turning softer, almost comforting.
"I even added a special ingredient. You'll fcking love it."
