When you swim with stars you don’t have the option of drowning, no one will save you. Stars are too busy being stars, doing what they do best ,shining. Now, the thing about stars is that they shine in the dark. They may look luscious and elegant but only a few know what happens in the dark. The skeletons in the closet don’t bite unless you let them, the fire doesn’t burn unless you set it . The fire can burn the one who set it if they are not aware , looking or cautious. The world is a dangerous place of consequence. The stars burn , the weight burns, the fire burns, people burn and what burns aches and leaves a scar too. This is not about heat , it’s about you and what’s important to you. The decisions you make, what is important to you. How much are you willing to lose for what you want, how bad do you want it. Some people live for the money, some die for the money. Some people live for what comes and die for what might. Some people live for the fame and die for the fame. Now what good is it to be famous with no purpose, that’s where the fire starts burning and you find yourself swimming in the dark with sharks. What do you do, do you swim away hoping they won’t bite? Or do you become one, most people do. People never learn, sharks are like pests but bigger, so people fear them instead, but nobody wants them and most want to be them. Funny. People listen when they want to anyway, no matter the noise. When you think about it, it’s overwhelming, all the living and doing we have to do to place a bit of justification onto our existence. It’s not the existence that is the issue, the reason behind the existence is the real problem here. It can get suffocating and now you have to figure out a way to breathe above water. Christ
