The funeral took place two days later, which was quite quick, considering that there was a lot to organize, since she was a police officer.

Those two days leading to the funeral Yo Han had to watch Ga On struggle. The younger man didn't leave his room for absolutely anything, and he even locked his door so that nobody would come in and bother him. Yo Han really wanted to respect his privacy, but he was also incredibly worried that the younger man was being like that.

On the day of the funeral Ga On didn't even bother to tell them that he was going out by himself, and by the time Yo Han and Elijah wanted to leave the house, they realized Ga On wasn't in his room. It meant only one thing – he already went to the funeral himself, or at least Yo Han was hoping that's what happened.

He refused to believe Ga On would go anywhere else. He needed to trust him and believe that he was fine, at least physically.

Thankfully when they got to the cemetery, they found Ga On there. He was kneeling, no, lying by her grave, crying his eyes out. Yo Han could see him heaving from the distance and he already knew that Ga On would probably pass out any minute now. He's been crying for hours, Yo Han heard that. His body must have been incredibly tired. He's surprised Ga On even has any tears left in him.

And just as he predicted, Ga On cried so hard he wasn't able to move, so Yo Han had to carry him to the car and drive him home. When they got back to the mansion he put Ga On to bed in Ga On's room upstairs, knowing that the younger probably still needed his space, and Yo Han was happy to give him as much time as he needed.

To his surprise, Elijah decided to stay in Ga On's room and watch him sleep. He didn't know what this was about, but he thought that she was probably just as worried as he was, and since she had an opportunity to be by Ga On's side, she just took it. Yo Han was fine with that, but he decided to leave, since he had some stuff to take care of.

It was only hours later when Elijah texted him that Ga On was finally waking up, so he decided to head upstairs then, to see if the younger would be willing to talk.

And he was, it's just that he only had one thing in mind.

It was heartbreaking, to look at Ga On's red, sad eyes, that looked almost crazy with how determined he was to just get up and solve this whole thing, to find the killer and kill him himself.

Yo Han found it very difficult to keep his own emotions in check.

"Did they find him? Did they find the killer?" Ga On asked the same question a few times, seriously looking crazy.

Yo Han shook his head. "No," he said. "And how are you feeling?"

"It doesn't matter," Ga On said right away, getting out of bed. "I need to find the culprit," he added, heading to the door.

And Yo Han could see how confused and lost he was, he wasn't thinking straight. So he caught him and locked him in his arms, trying to stop him from running away. He couldn't let Ga On go and look for the culprit. Not himself, not like that.

"Ga On, calm down," he said firmly, finding it very difficult to keep the younger still, since he really just wanted to break loose. "Where do you think you're going?" Yo Han asked, when Ga On almost managed to get out of his grip. "Ga On, stop," he said with a stern voice, though he didn't want to scream at him.

"Ga On, stop this!" Elijah exclaimed, and thankfully that got his attention. He pulled away from Yo Han and averted his gaze to Elijah. She was crying again, and she grabbed his arm and begged him to stop. "Don't do anything stupid. What if you die too, huh? Get over yourself, damn! We can't lose you, so stop being so reckless."
