Recap of last chapter:
"Well damn little lady! You got some talent, being able to start an own company at the very young age of 11! How did your parents react to this? This must be done with at least a bit of help from them." Shorty commented. "Nope! My parents died when I was 9 and the government just left me alone, since I had a very high intelligence and that would be one less burden on their shoulders." I replied, once again in a happy tone, completely unbothered to speak about my dead parents.

POV: 1st person (Y/n)
The three ghosts glanced at each other in worry, before looking at me again. Suddenly, we were all jump scared by Crowley screaming; "WHAT? A monster, stay HERE?" 'Huh? Did Yuu ask for Grim to stay here?' I thought. I made my way to where I heard their voices, the living room.
I was just in time to hear Crowley agree; "I will only agree if Y/n is okay with it too." As he said that, all the heads turn towards me. "Are you alright with it that Grim stays with you two?" "Sure, I'm okay with it, as long as he doesn't complain about each and every thing possible" I responded, shrugging. "Very well then" Crowley announced. "Myah?! Really?" Said Grim in astonishment. Grim was about to yell in happiness before Crowley decided it was fun to interrupt his happy moment.
"Let me be clear! Under no circumstances would I admit anyone to Night Raven College who has not been selected by the Dark Mirror - especially not a monster! Nor do I intend to allow you, [MC], to freeload until you're able to return home. Y/n, there will be arrangements made for you, so that you can attend to the school. However this will take a few days to do, so in the meanwhile, you will have to join Yuu to do a few odd jobs around the campus", The headmaster said to me. "As you have probably already foreseen, I will allow you both to remain here, free of charge, since it is technically our responsibility as a school since the Dark Mirror brought you two here."
'It's not "technically", it IS your responsibility you dumbass crow.' I thought to myself, annoyed. Crowley continued his rant; "However, you will need to pay for your own food, clothing, and incidentals. Because of the aforementioned odd jobs, you will get a paycheck to pay for all of these things. I'll also allow you use of the library, so that you may study, and research ways to return home. How soundlessly charitable I am. Ah, but only when your work is over, of course!"
"Whaaat? What kinda deal is that?! I wanna put on one of those sweet uniforms and be a student, not sweep up people's junk!" Grim complained like the rat he is. "If you're not satisfied with my offer, I can arrange to have you thrown out again." Crowley counterattacked. Finally, Grim gave in; "Myah?! ... All right, fine! Let's do it."
