Chapter 14- This place about to blow!

Previously in Genius In Distress;

Y/n came just in time to still hear them bicker. "What, are you scared of the dark? Pathetic." Ace taunted Grim.

"Myah?! I'm not scared of anything! I'm taking the lead. You all follow me!" Grim screeched out. They all went in the dark mine.

POV: 3rd person

As they were walking, they heard some noises. Deuce stopped them, alerted. "Huh? Hold up!" Everyone stopped in their tracks as Ace turned to Deuce, annoyed that they had to stop.

"What now?" he asked with an annoyed undertone. Deuce looked scared.

"There's something there!" Deuce yelped. Grim let out a 'Myah' as the ghosts showed themselves.

"Hee hee hee hee! Visitors! The first in ten years!" The first one said. 

A second ghost giggled; "Do make yourselves at home... You can stay forever!" At that moment, they noticed someone peculiar. Y/n. The ghosts saw the remnants of spirits hanging off of her. Behind Y/n, they saw Snow White and Doc standing there in all their ghostly glory. At that moment, they knew what was going on. She found the letters and the magic pen.

The ghosts nodded at each other and in a swift motion, they flew behind Y/n and somehow lifted her up. Y/n was startled, and definitely NOT amused by their actions, but kept quiet. The boys however, weren't afraid to voice out their concerns about the girl.

"HEY! What do you think you're doing?!" Ace screamed out. Deuce followed close behind; "You're going to hurt her if you keep carrying her like that!" Grim joined in with the screaming match; "Why are you taking my henchwoman away from me?! In the name of the Great Grim, I DEMAND you to let her GO!"

Meanwhile, Yuu just stood there confused, but wanting to see what the ghosts were planning to do with his friend. The ghosts just ignored all of the boys' cries to let Y/n go and just flew away. Further in the mine, they finally set her down. Snow White and Doc became fully visible also.  They hugged as they finally reunited. 

"You have the magic pen, I trust?" the first ghost asked. Y/n nodded and asked who they were. They introduced themselves as Bashful and Dopey. They then explained that Grumpy overblotted and is now roaming these mines. They then heard screaming from the boys. "Ohhh... They must have encountered Grumpy" Dopey mused.

POV. 1st person  (Y/n)

I speedwalked over to where the rest was. The moment I arrived, I saw Deuce speeding past me towards, who I assumed to be, Grumpy. "Begone! Begone! Begooone!" overblotted Grumpy screamed as Deuce neared.

Grumpy had a bottle of ink as a head and had a red like cloak. The cloak had yellow/gold buttons and a black belt with the metal a yellow/gold colour. He was carrying a lantern, who was shining an ominous red-ish light, in its right hand and a pickaxe in its left. Grumpy had a black substance as lower body.

When Deuce was close enough, Grumpy swung his pickaxe and it hit Deuce straight in the stomach, sending him into the wall. Deuce yelled in pain, and kept himself still against the wall he was thrown at.
